Ah my plan was to extend it to Bindusara, I won't be able to write about Ashok without changing his empire character because real Ashok had no goodness in him but his fans hail him like a monk. So it's very difficult to write about him without altering his entire personality

Look, we already know what happened each time people tried to glorified Ashoka, why not write it as it is. The show already did it's damage to the audience it managed to reach out to. Just write it as it is. This would be better than over glorifying Samrat Ashoka, saint, good, bad or evil, write him as he should.

Part 49

Amatya Rakshas had come back from Asakya but with a news. He told Dhan Nanda that Nayantara's entire family was killed by her uncle and her uncle was now the king and he had accepted allegiance of Dhan Nanda as he wished. He evil smiled..he said, Bravo Amatya, you have done it again....Amatya proudly smiled.....Amatya said, I have a suggestion Maharaj, how about marriage of Yuvraj Sukesh and Rajkumari Nayantara. She is our guest here but where will she go now. Her uncle might not harm her but she would be furious and might want revenge. This is the best way to control her. She is of a noble family and suited to be our daughter in law. Nanda says it's a very good suggestion Amatya. I give you the task of convincing Nayantara.

Nayantara came in Nandini's room crying. She was devastated with the news. She hugged Nandini. She was crying and said Everything ended Nandini, my entire family was annihilated. Nandini felt extreme pity for Nayantara. She hugged her. She said, it's all Game of thrones Nayantara and in all this we have to endure pain and suffering. I am so sorry. Nayantara collapsed. Look what happened to Philipus....it's true the kings around you will not let you be in peace. Sooner or later they will attack you. Malayketu is with Chandragupta now and their combined forces can annihilate you anytime..that side Dhan Nanda is waiting....whom even Alexander didn't want to fight....imagine what will happen to you... Eudemus was hearing all this in shock but he let her speak.....she caressed his cheeks and said, think about this, if you become successful in Diadochi wars, everyone will bow in front of you, even Ptolemy and Antigonus....hearing this Eudemus was filled with ambitions.....he asked, how you know so much? Nayantara in night went on one of the top floors of the palace.....she got the news that they were intending to marry her to Sukesh....she went to the balcony and when she was about to jump someone pulled her from behind....she fell on him on the ground. He said, what the hell were you thinking? It was Shashank. She said, let me die...he grabbed her from behind to stop her.... Shashank said, just stop it....she started crying and unknowingly hugged him, she said my life is ruined, I have no one in this world, my whole family was killed and now they are planning to kill me by marrying me to Sukesh... I don't want to marry him... Shashank wiped her tears. He said, I know Rajkumari that it's not easy to accept all this but..have some faith in God..... everything will be fine.....ok...now come with me.......they left....

Chandragupta hardly slept for four hours because he was workaholic and day and night he was listening to problems of his empire....right now he had just woken up in middle of the night, he drank water and then was looking at the moon..he thought, how is swarna right now? Is she taking care of herself.... Acharya tells me to not worry about her but she is with my child, how can I not worry about her. It has been years I met my mother and mama and months since I last saw Durdhara and Chaya. How will they all be doing? I am really worried about them. Nandini might have got the news of my coronation by now. What if she gets to know that I want to conquer magadha. She might harm my family as she knows my secret. I must talk to Acharya about this and call my family in Taxila as soon as possible probably else....he got really worried....

Next morning

Helena was sleeping peacefully when suddenly someone knocked on the door....Slave opened the door and found one of Chandragupta's Amatya. He greeted Apama...

Apama said who are you? He said, I am Amatya of our great King Chandragupta, as soon as he got to know queen of Parsikas in his region he has sent some gifts for you and your daughter and has invited you to his palace as an honoured guest. Please let us serve you as our esteemed guest. Apama was really happy with this gesture. She said, I thank your king from the heart for this honour but we are here to enjoy nature and not to stay in palace. Doctors advised me to keep my daughter indoors, that's why everyday I take her outside and thats why I didn't reveal myself. But I will surely like to meet your king. Can you arrange my meeting with him? He said we will be honoured Shahbanu. He bowed to her and gave her gifts and left. Helena got up and the first word she said was Sandro.....Apama laughed, she said , Helena dear Sandro has invited me to meet him....Helena smiled and she pointed to her necklace, she said Sandro? Apama said, yes.....then Apama took her outside for a walk......she said to Helena, my dear, today we will got to see Dandamis, he also met Alexander and gave him wise knowledge........ Helena was happy....Apama thought, there is massive improvement in her health...wish we didn't have to go back.......

I can perfectly understand dear but I can't afford it......besides I like Chandragupta's story more and thats why chose to write about him. I have also added love stories but I didn't keep entire focus on it like this show which was all about ae Chand, Pracchanda, itna ghamand 😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣 Not being a self obsessed person but I can write better historical fiction than this show's writer 😂🤣 the PH was so haughty they did not put disclaimer that their show was Fictional , and I put a big disclaimer of it being Historical FICTION 😂🤣

Part 50

Apama and Helena with their slave went to meet Dandamis (Dandayan). He looked at them, they greeted him. Helena looked visibly confused. He saw them and smiled...

He said, so you are here.....he smiled again....

Apama was confused, he said Queen, this daughter of yours is a blessing to you and your husband. She will be saving your husband's life. Apama was shocked, she said my husband's life? Is his life in danger ? He said, a Warrior's life is always in danger, but this girl, if she hasn't born would be killed by his enemy. Apama asked, which enemy? How this little girl is gonna save her father? This girl's and that enemy's souls are entwined. They can't escape each other. No matter how much anyone tries to separate them no one can do that. Their union is planned by that (pointing towards sky) for a purpose. And Niyati always finds a way to do that (Nandini's curses flashbacks).

Apama was shocked....He took Helena in her arms..... suddenly thunderstorms started happening.........Apama didn't ask any further questions and left...Helena asked in her child's voice, Maa, I didn't understand him.... Apama kissed her head and thought, I will protect you my dear.......

Later in the day......

Apama, Helena and slave reached Taxila's palace. Chandragupta was busy in the court. She was greeted by few Amatyas, Akshay and his wife...(Her name was Shalini). Apama became really happy with all the hospitality....Helena was enjoying playing around ......while Apama was talking Helena ran towards another side in the palace.....Apama asked Shalini, your King didn't meet me yet? She apologized, she said....the king suddenly got a very urgent business, he said sorry and he asked permission to properly meet you as you wish next day so we hope you stay here for one more day...Apama said....I can understand, I have heard great praises of his dedication towards his work, I accept his apology, she suddenly realised, Helena, where is Helena? Slave said she ran in that direction.....Apama slapped her and she said..and you did not stop her....Shalini says, relax Shahbanu, she is perfectly safe here.....don't worry ....

Helena was running around and playing....the palace ladies were playing with her and smiling.......she suddenly saw a room and tried to enter it when one guard stopped her....she said.....no Princess, you cannot enter here.....Helena got mad and tied to push her but she couldn't everyone started laughing.....Helena fell on the floor and started crying, now everyone got worried....One servant said, she is our guest...let her be in the room....guard said , I cannot, this is room of Maharaj...we cannot let her entry, suddenly Akshay arrived and Helena was still crying...he shouted on the guard, who disrespected our guest? Guard told him everything.... servants..Akshay said if princess demands to be in the room, let her be...Guard says but..he said, Maharaj would be very angry if he gets to know our guests were disrespected....the queen and princess must be honoured...guard let Helena enter in Chandragupta's room...she started playing in there...she started jumping on his bed...she went to his closet and took...one of his jewelleries and started to wear it but it was too heavy for her...servants and Akshay were laughing and smiling on her childish antics....she created absolute chaos in his room and it became an absolute mess......Akshay thought, oh god Chandra, what a chaos she is.....Akshay said, princess are you done? Can we go now? Your mother is calling you? Helena said, No....I want...to play while jumping on his bed....Akshay said, your mother said

...if you don't come, she will leave you here, Helena said, I will play here....Akshay said but your mother said you father will cry if you don't come, she came quickly from

Bed and said, no, father no cry, I will come and she left but before that she took one of Chandragupta's Jewellery rings innocently........and forgot to place it back.....

Part 51

Apama all day spent talking to many people and enjoying the beauty sight of the palace and Helena spent most of her time playing and eating.

In night, Chandragupta came and guards told him everything...he took a look at his room and couldn't speak for a whole minute, he was shocked to see the mess in his room and he told the guards to leave....he saw the room and suddenly started laughing...he said...oh god Princess...Akshay was right, you are a chaos........Akshay entered and he saw Chandra who was laughing, look what I told you Chandra..... Chandra said you were indeed right, Akshay said, look at your jewelry box, Chandra saw it a ring was missing, he said looks like princess stole a ring....they both laughed....chandra said, today I will again sleep in a different room....as he was about to go....Akshay said, Princess Helena is really adorable....he suddenly stopped listening to name Helena as he was going and he turned and said, Helena? Akshay said, yes Helena. Why? What happened? Chandra confused, he said nothing? Let's go....

Next day....Helena got fever.......Apama was worried but she had to meet Chandragupta...he met her...

Chandragupta - I am honoured to have you as my guest. I am glad you accepted my invitation. Where is your daughter? I wish to greet her as well.

Apama said- Thank you for your hospitality but she caught fever today. I couldn't introduce her to you also what she did to your room I threatened her you will punish her so she was also scared to come in front of you. He laughed. She apologized for what Helena did.

Chandra says- If I be mad on this, I will do a great disservice to you. I am actually glad what she did, I hadn't laughed like this since ages. Apama smiled.

Apama said - I am sorry Sire but I will have to leave now. Helena's health is a lot better and my husband will be really mad if I stay here for too long.

Chandra says- I wished to show you Taxila but I guess the matter involves yout husband and his wishes so I willl not try to stop you...

Apama said before leaving, I wish to give you a gift...She gave him a box of beautiful jewellery studded books......she said I heard you are really fond of reading and philosophy, so these are few books for you and from Helena ah....she was telling that she would give you this personally but now I give it to you.....it was that necklace which Apama bought for her. Apama said she named it Sandro after you....he laughed.....He said...tell princess I really liked it......Apama and Helena left next day.....Helena was already in her cart, Chandra only got a glimpse of her and said bye to her by waving at her...she waved back....Apama thanked him again and they left for Babylon.....as Chandra turned back Helena shouted Sandro......Chandra turned....Helena waved at him again with enthusiasm.....he laughed and waived her bye and also funnily bowed.....she smiled and said to Apama, he bowed....Apama laughed.....then chandra returned to the palace.....

Part 52

Chandra and Chanakya were sitting together. He told him about his wish to bring his family to Taxila as soon Nandini will know what he wants and she would try to use his family to pressure him. Chanakya agreed with his fears...He said....let first Eudemus be dealt with but I agree, Nandini is very loyal to her father, her feelings for you cannot be of any use for us. But I must tell you Chandra, I thought of it way before you did and I safely made Durdhara, Mura, Chaya and your uncle put of Magadha with help of Shashank....Chandra got shocked...he asked where are they? And Shashnk? He said, Shashank is in service of Amatya Rakshasa. Chandra got shocked...and Mura, Durdhara and Chaya are currently living with Swarna.......your uncle is given a job....Chandra was shocked.... He said, swarna? Where is she? Chanakya says, don't worry. But Mura does not know she is your wife. She only knows what Durdhara knows. But they now know you have become a king and they have told me to tell you they are really...... really proud of you. Tears started coming from his eyes. He said, Acharya I want to meet them. Please Acharya. I want to meet my mother and please let me meet Swarna.......He says.....first we establish Malayketu in Pauravdesha then only we can think of anything else...I have started my plan already.....very soon Eudemus will leave Pauravdesha...he smirked.....

Part 53

Swarna, Mura, Chaya and Durdhara were all living together with few slaves in one of their cities in Paursa. It was not a palace but wasnt a humble abode either.

Mura says- Come on daughter, you must eat one more laddoo, it's good for your health and the baby.

Swarna say- No Maa, I cannot eat one more....

Durdhara says- Eat more Swarna, just imagine how Priyadarshan would react watching you all fat and she giggled.....Swarna fake laughed.... Chaya said, when are we meeting brother swarna? Durdhara blushed, Swarna saw it and tried her best not to get jealous and said, I don't know Chaya, I have lost contact with Chandra since I got married.....I only gets his news sometimes through Acharya.....but if we tell him Durdhara is here, he might come running here soon.... Durdhara blushed heavily....she said.....shut up Swarna, stop teasing me.....I wonder why Acharya wanted us to come here, why couldn't we all stay in Magadha? Swarna said, what Acharya thinks is for the good for all of us..... Durdhara said, we never see your husband Swarna, when is he gonna come to meet you? Swarna says, even I don't know when will he come. Durdhara thought, Did this Priyadarshan betrayed poor Swarna? Has he ditched her? Wait till I meet him, I will brutally ask questions from him. Swarna laughs in front of us but always looks sad when she is alone, I have noticed it.

Mura says, I now wish for Chandragupta and Durdhara to get married soon, she is waiting for him for so long. I want to see my grandkids before I die

Durdhara blushed....and said, stop it Maa and never talk about your death ok.....I don't like it.....

After few months

Acharya had ordered Chandragupta, Malayketu and Lagu Paurav to take their armies and go on outskirts of Pauravdesha ...Dhan Nanda from other side was ready to attack Eudemus.........

Eudemus when got to know it contemplated the situation...he thought, if I fight them I might lose my life and it's for what? Nothing.....I must...make a deal with this new king of Taxila......he asked for an audience with Chandragupta, they met on negotiating table, Malayketu was furious to see him but calmed himself...

Eudemus - I don't want to die specially for people who are not mine......let me leave Pauravdesha with treasury and elephants....and the region can be all yours...

Malayketu shouted- I won't let you take my treasury.......

Chandragupta said- Easy Malayketu........Eudemus we don't want any bloodshed but I won't let you take treasury which rightfully belongs to Pauravas. You may take elephants but we will decide the numbers....we would give you money for your journey though, we will let you participate in Diadochi wars and if possible kill that Seleucus.

Eudemus said- What's your beef with Seleucus?

Chandragupta - He is trying to take over whole empire of Alexander and he might invade beyond Bactria someday, that makes him my natural enemy but you are of no concern for me ,for now....she smirked...

Eudemus- Fine, real done but will also take my concubines with me...

Malayketu said- We don't want your filthy concubines either ...

Chandragupta - Easy Malayketu, that's not language of negotiations

Malayketu - Do hell with it and he left the camp angrily.....

Eudemus smirked- He still seems mad.....I would have killed him but he wasn't there that time and he gave an evil smile...

Chandra thought, rassi jal gayi par balm nahi gaya...

After few months , power transition happened and Malayketu became ruler of Pauravdesha..... Eudemus had left to participate in Diadochi wars...now Vahik Pradesh was free from influence of Yavanas.......

In Magadha

Nayantara had refused to marry Sukesh and she had fallen in love with Shashank....she was given one year time to think about this decision, after that Sukesh would himself decide her fate.... Nayantara was like on house arrest in Dhan Nanda's palace. Nandini had grown distant from her because she rejected her brother. Nandini also refused few proposals of marriages but not because of Chandra but as she didn't like the suitors. Suhasini had given birth to a daughter and she was now almost a year old.....Nandini liked to play with her little half sister.....

Dhan Nanda was angry on Bhadrashal......He said, you idiot, now Malayketu is again ruler of Pauravdesha with his uncle laghu Paurav aka Parvatak and Chandragupta being his allies. They are becoming stronger. If we had attacked them before none of this could happen. Amatya Rakshas agreed. Bhadrashal said, Maharaj, my vision was to not fight with them because my spies have told me that Chandragupta might want to invade Magadha......Rakshas said, What? And you didn't tell us.... Bhadrshal said, let them invade us....our allies are on our side....we will crush them...their forces are very small compared to us...if we attack them first they might gain some advances, but my vision is that if they attack us directly on our capital, they will fail.....Dhan Nanda said, what if your strategy don't work? I will skin you and cook you in hot oil and feed to my dogs....Bhadrashal says and what if it works Maharaj? He said, then I will give you Nandini...... even if she doesnt agree, give me Pauravdesha and Taxila and enjoy Nandini and riches which I bestow on you, Bhadrshal shocked and smiled......Amatya shocked.......... Bhadrashal thought, I must win this war....he remembered Nandini and her body....and made lusty faced.....Amatya saw it and felt very angry...

After so long Acharya had allowed Chandra to meet his family, he went to Paursa in disguise with his lady bodyguards and met his family at their residence. He was teary eyed when he saw his mother. He ran to embrace her but suddenly one of his guards came between them. She said, Kshama Maharaj, but we can't let you meet anyone before he or she is properly checked. Chandra became angry, he said she is my mother......how dare you? Guard was not scared and she boldly said, that's my job Maharaj. Your life is most important to us, nothing else matters to us than your protection. Mura says, Chandra I am so proud that you have such loyal bodygards. My child, she said, please check me.....she checked her.....Chandra was terribly sad watching this....than he hugged his mother....then came Durdhara, Chaya, Swarna with her new born son... Chandra saw them and his child....he was overwhelmed with emotions but he terribly controlled to not let his secret come in open....guards checked them all and they all sat together. Chandra congratulated Swarna, he said, Badhai Ho Swarna,..apke...apke putra ke janam par....Swarna tearfully said.... Dhanyawad....Chandra asked....What did you name him? She said....Chandransh.....When she first named him Durdhara was very upset but she didn't say anything, she doubted that Swarna was still in love with Chandra. Chandra said, Can I hold your child? Swarna said Sure....Chandra wanted to kiss his son but it would reveal everything so he stopped himself....Mura said, now Chandra you should also get married , kyu Durdhara? Durdhara blushed but Chandra wasn't listening, he was busy in playing with his son.. Durdhara felt weird and she left in annoyance.....Swarna hinted Chandra to go after Durdhara....he gave the baby to Mura and he left to see Durdhara.....Durdhara was upset when suddenly Chandra hugged her from back...he said you are not happy seeing me? Durdhara, said No Chandra, perhaps you are not happy seeing me. Chandra said, Why you thought like that? Durdhara said, you didn't even meet me and saw me. You are ignoring me since I last met you. Is there someone else in your life? You are a king now, you are surrounded by ladies... obviously you have lovers...he said I only have guards Durdhara not lovers...my love is you... Durdhara said, this time you didn't say only you ... Chandra annoyed....he said enough Durdhara, if you don't wanna talk to me I will leave but as he was about to go Durdhara grabbed his hand. She came in front of him. She says, I am sorry Chandra, maybe I am jealous and insecure. I don't have patience anymore, let's get married....or don't you think I am worthy of being your queen? He said, you are worthy of being my Agramahishi Durdhara...I am just waiting for Acharya's orders..... Durdhara wasn't convinced..he cupped her face, Durdhara.... One day we will be together forever.....trust me.... Durdhara hugged him.....she says, I love you Chandra.....Chandra thought, wish I could say these words to you and only you but I can't anymore

In night, everyone was asleep.....Swarna's child was sleeping with Mura, Mura kept her grandson with her all the time even though she didn't know he was her son..she felt a natural connection with him.....

Durdhara and Chaya were sleeping in one room...

Swarna couldn't sleep due to presence of Chandra and as she was walking towards garden someone grabbed her and pulled her to his room. It was Chandra. Swarna said, Chandra what are you doing? Someone will see us..it's not good...what about your guards....He said they are very loyal, don't worry and he hugged her tightly. He said, Acharya was not letting me meet you. He kissed her.......Swarna says...leave me Chandra....it's not right if someone sees us....he says, I know but how can I leave without properly meeting you? They stared kissing each other , he pinned her towards the wall and kissed her neck .....he said I forgot to thank you.....Swarna said , for what? He said, for giving me a son...Swarna said, he's your soldier not your son....he said, my son is my son, whether my soldier or my heir..... Swarna kissed his forehead and said, I missed you so much......and they left each other in their embrace.

Durdhara couldn't sleep either and she went to see Swarna, she didn't find her in her room. So she went to Chandra's room. His guards were outside.... Durdhara said, I want to meet the king. Guard said, We cannot wake him up, he is sleeping...she said, he won't mind meeting me...wake him up.... Guards felt uneasy as they knew Swarna was inside the room with him.....One guard said, I am sorry but we cannot wake him up, please leave..... Durdhara felt insulted.....she went away as she was walking she thought, let me become a queen then I will teach these guards a lesson, I mean chaya is asleep, swarna is not in her room.....ah wait, Swarna is not in her room......no...no...I must not think like this....it's a sin...no....I have trust on Swarna and Chandra......he is a moralistic man...he would never have a relationship with someone else's wife...... Never.....Swarna is also not.like that...but her husband is never around.....we have still not seen him.....What is going on? I must ask Swarna directly now........she left to sleep in her room

Swarna was in arms of Chandra as they cuddles in bed

Swarna said- So Eudemus and left and you placed Malayketu? Why? Why not annex it yourself.

Chandra - We don't want to make an enemy out of Malayketu who still have massive influence in the region.

Swarna said- I see....you must have a queen now Chandra... atleast get an official heir to the throne.....get married to Durdhara now, she is getting desperate, she also feels you are now surrounded with women and may forget her. He laughed......He said, she shared my insecurities with her.....but I cannot marry anyone till Acharya says so, if he is holding our marriage, it might be for a reason......

Swarna says- Hmm I understand, so what's next? He says, we will attack Magadha....she says, what? It's too early Chandra...he kissed her and said, don't worry dear, everything is planned....but she got worried.....she was about to say something but he wanted to cuddle more so she didn't say anything....

Durdhara was still very confused and full of questions as she did not see Swarna anywhere, she was trying to find her...she thought, only Chandra's room is left now? Oh god what is happening, this just cannot happen, it just can't, I beg Swarna went outside for a walk in our big garden with her maids... nothing else can happen.....she was trying to control her negative thoughts.......it was pre dawn time and Swarna was sleeping, he left for Mura's room, he saw his son sleeping beside her. He took him in his arms and kissed him. He cried seeing him.....Mura got awake, she said Chandra....He said, Maa, I came to meet you. She says, so early. He says, I have a different sleeping schedule....I saw this little one sleeping with you and couldn't resist to take him in my arms....she smiled, so why don't you marry Durdhara Chandra if you love kids so much...he said, I will as soon as Acharya tells me to....he gave Chandransh to Mura... Durdhara came from behind and asked, Where is Swarna Chandra? He got shocked.....

Durdhara asked, Where is Swarna? Chandra was shocked

Suddenly Swarna came from behind, she said what happened?

Durdhara says, where were you? I went to meet you in night but you were not in your room, I searched the whole house you were not anywhere, well I searched everywhere except Chandra's room...Swarna asked, What the hell you mean Durdhara? Chandra said, enough....he went outside.... Durdhara and Swarna came outside as well.... Durdhara said ,Stop, Chandra stopped....Where were you Swarna?
