I think she should forgive him not because mistakes happen but because Naina needs her and Giresh. Ovcourse nothing will go back to normal it will take time for her to regain trust in him and that is something he will have to live with. He can't expect everything to be happy happy the way it was. And who knows in time she will start trusting him again. But most of all Naina will have parents who love her. But this is something we will have to wait for.
