Chp 65 : Calm before the storm

Aarti look away from Yash and focus of the palte of barfi infont of her , ingnoring the weird way her head is dancing , Yash and the other were talking and laughing and Aarti sudenly look at them feeling like she was outsider , it weird the be with people who knew you but you don't know them, people you shared memries with but you can't reember them, the guilt start tocreep inside her again, they all seem to care about her , but when she look at them she say stangers, friendly stangers, she knew she can easily befriend all of them but Yash does't seem to want her friendship he wanted far more dongerouse things her heart , and she wonder silensly look at him : " Have i give my heart to you on the past ? did you take care of it ? "

At that moment Yash look at her and give a smile that would make eny woman melt, she ingonre the warm inside her and stuff more food in her mouth , then Sunita say " Aarti would like us to go out this weekend ? "

Aarti look at her " Go out where ? "

Sunita " to a karaoke's club you always love it and we enjoy our time there "

Aarti smiel and say " Yeah i love karaoke's clubs infact i used to go there when i was at US with my coworkers "

Sunita clap her hand and say " It settled then "

Gayatree " We can babysit baby Aarti for you "

Aman " Realy thats so nice of you "

Gayatree " Your baby girl is so cute i wil enjoy watching her of the evening "

Sunita look at gayatree and say " Thanks , you are so sweet " then look at Aarti and say "We will have so much fun "

Aman say teasing " As long as we make sure that Yash stay away from the stage we will be ok "

Yash look at him and say " Hey "

Aarti gigle and say " is he that bad ? "

All the people on the table nodded and baby Aarti look at them with interest then imitate them at her cute nod everyone burst out laughing

After Aman and his family wentto there way Aarti was staning waving at there car , Yash standing next to her , she look at him and say " I realy like them "

Yash " Its natural you were friends for years , maybe you can't remember them but they still have the qualities that make you choose them to be your friends "

Aarti " I gess you are right," then she say " Do you realy have a bad voice "

Yash say with sigh " Yeh "

Aarti " Even in the shower ? "

Yash say Chuckling " You tested that theory yourself and came out with the same result im hopless "

Aarti gigle then blush when she realize he mean they both on some time were on shower and she tested her voice and maybe they were Aarti ignore her dirty though and try to change the subject but when she look at Yash he has a ssly smile that say " i know what you were thinking "

she then say " Im going inside do you have a library here ? i would like to read some book "

Yash " I will take you there "

Aarti " Are n't you supposed to be at work or something ? "

Yash with a wicked smile " The good thing about being the boss is that i can take days off enytime i want and for the next couple of days im afaid you are stuck with me "

Aarti with sarcastic tone " Lucky me "

He lead her to the library, on the way Aarti couldn't stop staring around at the beauty of mention suddenly she stoped infont of a painting and keep look at it and saying Wow its an amezing work of art "

Yash smile and say " Its one of my mother's best work "

Aarti look at him and say " Gayatee ma paint ? "

Yash No , gayatree is my stepmother and before that was my nanny as long as i can remember, my mother pass away when i was 18 , and she loved to paint

Aarti o sorry about your mother

Yash smile " its ok " and say to himself im gratiful for her because thanks to her will i get to knew you, and thanks to you i learn to remember her with a smile on my face "

Then he say " Lets go "

Once at the library Aarti lose her self on books she was like a kid at the candy store , looking everywere and checking every section , Yash simply falow her silently enjoying the smile of exitement on her face , then she start talking at lebrian there who start to help her when Yash's cell phone start to ring , he went away and answered i twas Pratik

" hi Yash how is things going with you and Aarti babhi? "

Yash smile looking at Aarti Not bad she stop calling me a kindnaper "

Pratik laugh then say Im calling you to inform you that im going back tomorrow "

Yash " Thats great , we all missed you "

Pratik " Yash im not comming alone Aarti's family is comming with me they insist on comming alone they want to talk to Aarti and explain to her what happen "

Yash feel anger rise inside him " Like hell they are , they have to give me a good explanation first on why they fake her dead then try to married her off "

Pratik sighed and say I told them that they say they mind to have a talk with all of you

Yash Don't mind having talk with all of us ? those people got nerve they think they have some kind of power here , the only reason im letting them meet Aarti on the first place is because i knew she want to head there side of the story along with mine , they wouldn't step at my house otherwise "

Pratik Yash calm down for Aarti's sake try to make the reunion less shoking for her "

Yash sighed and say I knew ok pratik i have to go have a safe flight and say hi to Paridhi for me "

Pratik " Will do see you brother "

Aarti come towad Yash holding so many book and saying " Its a great library "

Yash smile and say " let me help you with the books Aarti "

Yash's decide to wait till Aarti enjoy some reading before informing her that her family are on there way to meet her

Next chp 66 : A family reunion

as you will know and soon
that is if he lets you
