khushi has fallen for arnav once again and she knows that they share a beautiful past though arnav doesnt say it
arnav hadnt try to push khushi again under the doctor's advice but he is observing her. and khushi knows about it

gosh that flashback was hilarious
khushi singing that nursery song. atnav had to carry khushi out from the party
a drunk khushi is indeed very difficult to handle. but she is cute
loved that flashback LOL..this was inspired form real life 😆 (my frnd was drunk, not me) 😛
arnav should not cry over them. he should cherish them.

khushi was alarmed when she learned about arnav's minor accident
arnav was shocked when khushi came in and hugged him

Content of the chapter really match with the title you chose. We are back where we were before. Arnav is again suffering from fear of losing Kushi. She is again in an unconscious state fighting for her life. However, the previous accident proved that they will always fall in love with each other no matter what.
