It was a state of shock for ganga.. Suddenly someone grabbed her hand and dragged her that to behind the wall.. It all happened so suddenly that she lost her balance and was about to hit the floor straightly. but the grip on her hand was so tight and another hand was around her waist to support her..
She took a long breath and a balanced herself and found Dr.saab just infront of her.She was confused by his action.. it dint make any sense to her and of course for him too.. she dint speak for few minutes neither he did, '' What have I done.. Why did I do this?" jagya was self-questioning himself. "Dr.saab are you alright ? I mean do you.." she was still confused.
"I um ahhh.. nothing.. seriously nothing!"he lacked words.. 'you are looking beautiful' were the only words spinning in his brain , he found very hard to control himself saying that again and again," I should seriously need to cover up my stupid act" he thought to himself, "Well have you seen taisaa here? Nandu fell down while playing.." he said.
"Why taisaa then? I will take care of him.." she said and left the place and jagya also just followed her. Lal Singh was searching jagya and found his friend walking just behind Ganga, " What is this Jagya doing!!" he laughed. Ganga smiled looking at lal singh but she had to go to Nandu first.
"Kyun jagya.. you are after Ganga."Lal singh said it in a teasing manner. "Hello excuse me.. I just informed her Nandu was injured and was not following her.. this is the only way out.. ok!" jagya replied. "Oh so then how you reached here? just to talk to her.. here.." he was grinning."Shut Up!! Lal singh," Jagya ran away.
Nandu was crying.. he was not hurt much but he just want his mother besides him, Ganga cleaned his wound with water and asked Nandu how he fell down,"Ganga jiji i dont know, ask Ramu about it," Nandu replied.Just to ask the other boy how Nandu has fell down she rose her head and to her shock, it is the same boy who handed her the paper chit at the temple couple of weeks ago ,on Mannu's birthday which had the words, 'OPEN THE GREEN GIFT BOX WITH RED RIBBON' written on it. She was quite till she treated the wound.
She got up and took the boy a bit away from the place, " Ramu do you recognise me, you gave me a paper chit long back?"ganga asked him."Haan didi, some uncle gave it to me to handover it to you and I also came to Mannu's b'day party and gave a gift." he said in a very casual way."My goodness the man just gave you that box or did he gave something else.." she asked the boy because she wanted to talk to Ratan Singh very badly, she din't want to miss any chance. "No didi, uncle gave ms the gift which was already wrapped . Can I go now didi my friend is calling me," he asked.
"Ok.." she said in a disappointed manner and she caressed the boy's hair, "You can go and listen don't tell this to anyone else it must be a promise" she said." Its a promise" said Ramu and ran away.
She cursed her luck and was returning to the temple place. But something else cliched her. First was the man who was in hurry and the other is the question whi her Dr.saab asked her few minutes ago. true she don't find taisaa near the puja.. she ran towards the temple.
Meanwhile Jagya was worried for Ganga, he couldn't find her at the place where pooja is going on, he was walking fastly and bumped into a person, "Sorry.." jagya said.
The man suddenly tried to stab him in but yeah he is doctor he held the wrist and twisted it, "Who sent you here ?" Jagya asked loudly. "If you wish to save your taisaa then leave me.. she is in danger." the man said.
"Where is she?" he demanded. "In Haveli go find her.." the man ran away leaving Jagya shocked.
He fastly started the motorcycle and reached the haveli.
Ganga asked sumitra about Gehna, "Kakisaa have you seen Taisaa?" she asked. "Wasn't she with you all sumitra.." sumi replied looking into.her eyes expecting an 'yes' ,since she also dint find Gehna from morning.Ganga moved her head in no.
"Oh no then where she is.. " Sumitra was tensed completely. Ganga assured her, "Kakisaa dont worry.. Taisaa must be at home.. she might be taking rest since she is taking those medicines she might have felt a bit tired." She ran towards the jeep and dint find dr.sab anywhere near hence asked Makhan Kaka to drive.
Jagya reached haveli and heard a shriek, he ran upstairs. A man was terrifying her at the edge of the knife. Jagya was so shocked but he wanted to think of a plan before attackimg the man. Just then he was thinking and just then Ganga reached the place. Ganga ran upstairs and was afraid seeing the situation there. She observed Jagya standing behind the wall and signalling her not to shout or say anything, She was unable to control herself.. The man turned around and found Ganga, he came near her.. Gamga remember that this is one the men who attacked jagya at the temple indicating that this was also planned by Ratan Singh, Jagya took the vase in his hand and gave a shot on the man's head. He fell unconscious . Jagya called police and the man was arrested.
Everyone returned and were shocked to learn everything happened in that day. Ganga was near Gehna.. the whole day and Mannu was with Bhairon and sumi, Jagya had important case to.attend.
Ganga looked around the room and found mobile of same model as of hers which was given by Ratan Singh. Basanth told Ganga to go to her room and take rest becuase she was also busy since morning.She took the charger to her room silently and plugged it to the mobile. Her heart raced fastly . "I will talk to that devil now" she thought to herself. She found Mannu putting crayons in his mouth and shouted at him out of care and love , he started to cry . She heard a voice, "Is this the way you talk to my friend? Your Momma must be punished Mannu master.." Jagya gave a sharp look to Ganga. Ganga was not in a mood to be quite, "I said not to give these toys and crayons , I know he will end up doing this. He liked to paint now , he will never stop it!!" she was angry.
"He will draw and paint.." jagya was serious too.. "You cant stop him.." he said. "Then make him paint or draw without messing his hands and place" she said."Ok!!" he said confidently. She was keenly watching how dr.saab will do this task. But he simply sat on the chair stretched his legs made Mannu to.sit on his lap , took the mobile and started app.. in which we can draw and color pictures.. she laughed and Jagya shrugged his shoulders and said, "See your friend is smart.." he said.
Ganga was really nervous about the mobile, she sat in such a way that the mobile is not seen.. She for the first time in her life waited for her Dr.saab to leave.She was helpless.She was pretending to read some book.
Mannu fell asleep while playing and the sight of Mannu on his friend's lap was so pure... Ganga smiled but inside she was feeling sorry for Dr.saab's family.. the feeling was killing her. Jagya slowly took mannu into his arms making sure he doesn't wake him up. He gently placed him on the bed and pressed his lips gently on Mannu's forehead and he was saying slowly that, "Never ever shout at him.." He looked at the mobile and said, "Ganga this taisaa's mobile she must have left it her here.. give it to her." he said and left the room.
Ganga immediately took the mobile switched it on and dialed Ratan's number.
"Hello.." her heart was racing. "My beendini you are fine? Everyone in haveli are alright? Hope none of you people are killed.." he said.
"You must have killed me instead you devil.." She said loudly. "I would have but you know then how could i see you crying for your son whole life.. and bear the guilt of messing up the lives of haveli people. Huh tell me... Ahh my soul is relaxed after hearing your terrified voice after a long time." he was completely satisfied with the way Ganga was reacting.
"First attack on Dr.saab, Then kidnapped Nandu.. now attacked Taisaa, Ratan Singh you are a devil." She was curaing him.
"You have missed two.. what about the so called accident in Udaipur trip and today's attack on your Dr.saheb.. " he laughed with a evil tone.
"It was not an accident.." she was shocked. "You tried to kill them.. " She was shocked. "Nope my plan was to injure them but i will surely kill them if you wont give my son back to me. Look your the root cause of all the problems Ganga. Everything is happening just because of your stubborn attitude , If u had returned to me along with Mannu all this wouldn't have happened. See I am not devil I am giving you two days of time think about the one and his family who helped you and hope you will give my son back to me." he said and hung the phone.
It was hard to digest. Very hard to digest. She started to blame herself for the things happening around. "How selfish I am.. I am putting everyone here in danger." she broke down terribly her cheeks went warm she was literally shivering."There is only one solution I have to leave this place and hide somewhere else far from Jetsar ,somewhere none know me." she thought herself wiping out the tears rolling down her cheeks. She only took some biscuits and clothes for Mannu. She dint take even a single penny and left the house mid-night without informing anyone in the house.
She threw the mobile out and she took the last view of haveli.. she couldn't control her cry , tears were continuously filling up her eyes.
