What seems to be going on in the minds of one of the much talked about Jodis in tinsel town? While they try to keep their romance hush hush, both Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif have been in the news for their house hunting. zoOm found out the latest update on the couple's dream home!

While we all know that Ranbir and Kat were in NY to ring in the New Year, sources tell zoOm that the couple took time out to finalize their house and completed all the formalities as well. So finally the heartthrob of Bollywood has found a house in his most favourite city! Ranbir, on many occasions, has gone all out in proclaiming his love for NY - the city where he completed his higher studies from, and also intends to raise his own kids there.



However, seems like his family planning may come to a standstill. Sources informed zoOm that Katrina has apparently rejected his marriage proposal citing career as a reason! Well at this stage in her career, where Deepika seems to be getting ahead of her in the race to claiming the top actress position, Katrina fears that marriage will lead to nothing but a slump in her career chart.

Now this revelation has us all confused! If Katrina is so focused on her career, then why house-hunt with Ranbir? Time will tell whether this house is successful in getting them any closer to marriage!
