Aditya Roy Kapur is planning to come out with a music album next year

Aditya Roy Kapur strummed his way to stardom by playing the role of a rockstar in Aashiqui2.

Now he wants to repeat his screen avatar off-screen. The actor is planning to come out with an album next year.

Aditya confessed that he has always been interested in music and has been wanting to cut an album since his days as VJ. The newbie says, "I want to cut an album and people keep telling me to bring it out soon but I need to spend time working on that. Though I am quite decent with my guitar playing I will need people for my music arrangements, background etc. I compose my own music and write my own songs so putting it together is not a problem. I just need some time.

Currently, I am shooting for Daawat-E-Ishq so I don't have the time to put it together but yes, I will deifinitely do so next year. Though I am not sure yet whether it will be a single or a compilation of all kinds of songs."

Aditya says when he's writing the songs they just flow...He doesn't know if it will be a love album. It could be anything that inspires him: Philosophy, pain or happiness. "I can have any random thought and I just scribble that down." He proudly reveals that he has three files of random scribblings (songs) collected through the years. I write on everything from love to life and philosophy. I don't know how good they are."

He plays tunes on his guitar and records it. "I tape it on a recorder. Right now it's at such a nascent stage." The actor-singer who has not had any formal training wants to rope in the best musicians to help him put together his album. "I had no training. I was a part of a band in St Xaviers College at the age of 18. Once I left my college I left the band also as I joined Channel V. Now I just play for my friends."

It's a fact that Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapoor have been seeing each from the time they they met on the sets of Aashiqui 2. Although they have never accepted their relationship openly, there are multiple instances which have proved that they are very much in love. Friends of the lovebirds also agree with the fact that they can't get enough of each other.

Well, addition to this story is, that Aditya and Shraddha's relationship has got a family consent. Yes, you heard us right! Vidya Balan Roy Kapoor who happens to be Aditya's bhabhi, seems to have approved Shraddha. We have heard that Vidya is very fond of the Aashiqui 2 babe and she feels that Shraddha is a very well-behaved girl. That's not all... the Kahaani actor even enjoys Shraddha's company when they meet at festive occasions.
