BSD is something like indian army's Border Security Force (BSF)... and the situation with the villagers is like how it is in all border states where the BSF are posted. the innocent get caught in the mess.

BSD is the abbreviation of Bharat Suraksha Dal...its taken from BSF i.e. Border Security Force...the army section which handles the Indian borders
