Salman is also responsible for Sonakshi's and Arjun Kapoor's entries into films.

I'm not sure if other actors have done something similar, but I know of the above cases.

In today's world of globalization, everyone gets opportunities, be it a native of their own country, or a foreigner, if they are talented.

How many of us are here abroad working? Arent we taking away their jobs?

I think it's ok to promote talent irrespective of nationality.

You were talented and eligible, hence people get the job abroad.
But if u say, having white skin and being capable of dancing makes u eligible to become actress, then yeah Elli is definitely talented nd is wonderful actress!

i don't know why indian film makers go crazy afetr white skin
they should recognize talent in their own country and give chances to people who really are talented
but then again its God will to give people their positions

In my opinion, Ellie is quite ordinary looking, its the make up that does 90% of the trick. She comes across as a dumb bimbette, and she was okay in Mickey Virus. I think there are girls who are way more talented than her. Its sad that India's obsession with fair skin, and girls with the right figure are only meant to be 'actresses'. I miss the days of Sridevi, Madhuri, Hema Malini, vyjanthimala and so many worthy actresses.
