This was meant to happen. This was very much on the cards.

So instead of much beating around the bush, let's get straight to the point.

The decision has been taken and Life OK's Do Dil Ek Jaan, produced by Saurabh Tewari's Nautanki Telefilms, will air its last episode on 24 January (2014).

The show with romantic theme never really managed to win the hearts of the audiences and performed dismally at the ratings front.

The serial was supposed to go off-air in December, but the maker took a last shot at gaining some brownie points by replacing its lead actors.

Yes, Ayaz Ahmed and Nikita Sharma were let go and Kunwar Dhillon and Shritama Mukherjee were brought in.

However, nothing seems to have worked and now after a couple of weeks, the show will bid adieu.

Producer Saurabh Tewari confirmed the development via a text message.

Keep reading Telychakkar.com for more details and let us know if you are happy or sad with the news of Do Dil Ek Jaan being pulled off-air.

The show airs at the 9pm slot.

Well this was bound to happen.
What were the makers thinking?
Kya socha tha that they will get Trps by killing off the leads only?
Instead they should have focused on RanTara's story & should have planned & showed proper & logical ending to their lovestory before finally ending it instead of just killing them off so brutally!
They completely destroyed this show which had such great potentials.
Nautanki Films are the biggest Nautanki themselves!
The worst PH ever.
I just wish their upcoming shows are big flops.

Life OK's Do Dil Ek Jaan to go off-air ???

Shocked? Surprised?

If sources are to be believed the Nautanki Films Do Dil Ek Jaan; which was the unusual lovestory of Antara (Nikita Sharma) and Raghu (Ayaz Ahmed) is all set to bid adieu.

With the leads of the show opting for an out this was bound to happen. The reason behind the success of the show, the main selling point were hands down the characters of Raghu and Antara aka Rantara (As they are popularly called) with them no longer a part of the project the fate of the show was predictable.

The show is expected to go off air somewhere next month. Keep reading for more details regarding Do Dil Ek Jaan.
