The entire cast list of 24 India was shown at the end of the final episode. We saw the names of all the characters, played by their respective actors. However, one character was left unnamed- the one played by Rajat Kaul. Yes, Rajat Kaul, who played the fake Max Ferraro. Does this mean the producers want to keep this character's identity a secret?

Funny though, since "Max" was shot dead by Kiran...unless they pull another plastic surgery stunt and bring him back again. It would be good to have him back, he was really creepy, extremely cold-blooded.

The US show had named the assassin Jonathan Matijevic, who took on the identity of photographer Martin Belkin. The character's Indian counterpart, though, did not have a real name, as the credits suggested.

I'm not sure if he can be brought back, since the ATU knows that the real Max Ferraro is dead, and the one posing as Max Ferraro is an impostor. Yes, he was rather creepy, but somehow, after his attempt at assassinating Aditya failed, he seemed to have lost his touch, eventually using improvised death traps, and then, using a close-range carbine, and killing with two shots up close.
