why is only one foot injured

dear aastha didnt hop through the carpet with broken glass, she walked through it step by step up to shlock...so why do they only show injury to one foot?

She was wearing her shoe on the other foot and one foot was bare as she removed only one shoe for her twisted ankle natak.
