And you can also google images of Bollywood stars who had surgery and IT SHOWS! google kangana's lip job, sridevi and shilpa's nose jobs, prietys botox and even katrina's botox injections and u will be able to spot the difference immediately because no amount of surgery and botox can look natural. There's nothing fake about gauhar's face, no one here can claim she's had surgery without any substantial proof.
Secondly how can u assume she had her skin lightened? I've been watching her from her Zoom Tv days her skin color has never changed. If it was so easy to get your skin lightened this much i'm sure half of India and Pakistan would happily oblige. Don't you think her more dusky sister Nigaar would have had a transformation in color too?
Oh and even though I absolutely hate tanisha I still find her to be an extremely beautiful girl and she would have survived in the industry if her acting skills were even half of what her beauty is..
Actually NOT all plastic surgeries SHOWS. There are some pretty good doctors who perform plastic surgeries to perfection.
Gauhar's hairline has pretty much changed over 10 years, it's a miracle because female hairline don't change even if they get older or balder. Neither people's nose get shorter. Nor jaws get wider. And permanent skin lightening and hair line changing procedures are pretty costly and painful. Infact there's also a temporary procedure for skin lightening called chemical peel which I don't think normal Indian's perform either. Indians are rather into fairness cream. 😃

I can't understand why anyone have to be in denial that celebs can get surgery. It's absolutely normal. Celebs do it for their profession and there is nothing wrong in it.
