I disagree with you on this

Salman first of all asked sofia about her version of events, she was visibly upset about it. to this Salman was very responsive and was on the same wavelength as her. he then gave armaan a chance to speak and then clearly stated that armaan you were wrong to intervene and argue. in a subtle way he told him that he is an aggressive man with issues after tushar pointed out that he has argued with every house member. he quiet blatantly informed Tanisha to grow a backbone and not take Armaans crap. he obviously didn't use those words but that was his message.
with kushal, he questioned him
about the name calling and did the same with armaan about the hight etc. the difference here was that Armaan was smart enough to admit he was wrong where Kushal was justifying his actions which is why Salman then questioned him whether he would use the same derogatory terms for him. Salman did make a slight case of his injured arm and not performing the task, but it was all done in a humorous manner.

finally he told both the ladies Tanisha and Gahaur that he sees them as potential finalists but are giving these two worthless men more importance than the game they are here to play.

I really think Salman was fair. he is not there to reprimand kushal or armaan for everything they do or say, both are grown men and are responsible for their own behaviour.

He is not biased.
