sometimes even if we want we cant fight destiny but then they did n r getting closer now... So probably be happy for now that destiny is making them close :D may be they will find out what they lacked in their broken up relation... Part 12A

He picked her up in his arms in bridal style. Placing her in passenger seat he drove off. Still she clung to his arm not leaving him even for a moment. Midway as he stopped by near a dress shop, he realized she was already asleep. Anyone would have been exhausted and tired...depressed, he thought. He dropped the idea of shopping and drove to the farmhouse...for some reason he just couldn't take her to KM now. Like subconsciously he knew no one could understand her state not even Vicky. He stopped the car...his eyes drooping. He was tired with this drama he had intended to carry on. Yes drama, although he thought it was revenge...or hatred but he just failed miserably while enacting it. He is now tired of putting up this faade. He just closed his eyes as the memories of the previous night rolled up in his mind. Her looking so innocently drunk...dancing in rain, simply the thought excited him. Her naive kisses just aroused thoughts in him that were not so naive. She was his... And will always be, he convinced himself forcefully to it. For the time being, he just wanted to release his feelings and be with her as her Maan not the calculative Maan Singh Khurana, he decided with a determined look on his face as he stared at her face resting on his arm. She snuggled closer to his arm. A bad dream she was seeing, he realized. It reminded him of the lift events. It was all due to him mindlessly ordering to stop the lift without caring about her safety. I won't spare those rascals...He gritted and hit the steerring wheel.

The guards came in rushing seeing his car stop. They were surprised to see him at this hour. Sahab... I
Park the car... I am going to stay here for some daysHe took her in his arms again. Her hands hanging down lifelessly. He pulled them up and wound around his neck. She stirred and seemed to find her comfort spot placing her face close to his neck. Her warm breath falling on his neck. He gulped his saliva wondering how to control himself as he walked to his room.
He intended to place her on the bed and leave but guess destiny has its own plans. He tried lightly to remove her hands from around his neck but as soon he touched her she just snuggled closer. He just dropped the idea to leave and sat on the bed with Geet sitting on his lap, asleep. I can't be harsh on her now and disturb her sleep... Yeah right let me just sit here and wait for her to wake up... Rest is important for her nowHe tried convincing himself. Guess he was liking her closeness and probably didn't try hard enough. Maan... Mujhe kabhi nai chodna... Dont leave me ... PleaaasseeShe cried in sleep sobbing softly. She seemed too traumatized by the incident. He patted her back slowly drawing her closer, his hands snaking around her bare waist. She seemed to calm down with his soothing touch.
Right now the best option that seemed to him was Dr.Shekhar for her treatment but he feared... He would separate them... Just like the last time he did. The thought itself made him feel so possessive about her.No I don't need anyone... I will make her okay... She needs me and only me... She is mineHe just shivered and hugged her like she was his most priced possession.
He put his head on the head-rest and slept. It seemed ages since he slept so peacefully.

It was going to be evening now and there was no sign of Maan or Geet. Office staff sighed a heave of relief when they got Maan's call. He won't be coming to office for three days and he handed over all the important decisions to be taken by either Adi or Vicky. All they did was nod calmly to his wierd calm voice. They didn't expect him to be so calm... He should have been already ruining the duo... When he didn't leave Handa Constructions untill he took control over it, although for treachery and cheating him and his dad, then definitely all expected him to ruin the Dharmadhikari & Co. by now. By the way there was going to be some meeting today???He querried. Pinky had picked up Maan's call and she got the order to call the office staff at the central hall and put the phone in speaker mode... She was shocked to realize that he didn't knowSssiirr woh wohShe fumbled but Maan's one sharp order made her blurt out everythingSir the ones who tried to force Geet Ma'amAnd she could already visualize him gritting.I mean the people whom you thrashed and shot today... Mr.Anil Dharmadhikari and Mr.Sameer Singhania... They were your clients...Pinky was sweating heavily. So Adi took overWe are already working over your order Sir, they have gone bankrupt... Eventually they will sell their shares in the market and get officially ruined. Adi informed just like an obedient student. Hmm... I want no calls from office unless it is really importantand he cut the call. Adi and Pinky relaxed and 'phew'-ed as all got back to work.

But their relaxation was short-lived as they heard the police siren. Police arrived enquiring about Maan's whereabouts. They were clueless. With police being involved the news reached soon to Daadi and Vicky. Both got worried. Daadi decided to hurry up with her decision to talk with Maan soon before he does something drastic with Geet. Guess she didn't know her grandson well... While Geet in her unconscious state trusted him so much.
It seemed Anil and Sameer have lodged FIR against Maan for shooting at them. All the staff discussed and said Maan shot them in self-defence. Now that was a point working to Maan's advantage... All of his staff were very loyal to him. Still I would like to enquire him.., do inform me when he comes back to officeSaid the inspector. They nodded and the police left.

Geet stirred and woke up. It was dark outside. She looked around slowly opening her eyes. The surface below her was too soft and bit poking. That made her uncomfortable. She looked at his face and got up with a start. I am definitely watching a dreamShe was shocked to the core. Maan woke up with the shift of weight on his lap. Geet you alright na?He carressed her face concerned. She backed up and her back hit the wall. She gulped her saliva realizing its not a dream. Slowly reality sinking in, she remembered the events in office. She just rushed to him , hiding her face in his arms. He tried to separate her from his body to check her face. She just refused, Na na I... IShe digged her face more into him. Okay okay... Nai kar raha mai kuch.. Happy?He dropped his hands on his hands. Tears clouded her vision as her lips got placed accidentally on the visible bare part of his chest peaking through his T-shirt. He hissed in pleasure, hands curling into fists. He slowly but heavily breathed in and out as her sobs died out. She rubbed her face over his shirt feeling mushy. He carressed her hair as she slowly came out of his embrace wiping her tears. He made her sit and rushed out to make some arrangements. She sat still for sometime holding the sheets tight. She feared to be alone again. Tears automatically welled up in her eyes as she panicked. He came in right then. He patted her head slowly calming her down. He coughed to gain her attentionChalo mere sath... taking her left hand within his and wounding his right arm around her waist for support. She was too weak mentally and physically she wasn't any better. She was starving all day without having any lunch or snacks as she had fainted. She stared at him in wonder as she followed his lead into the terrace.
She looked at the arrangements. Shocked or Surprised would be an understatement. The arrangements weren't that difficult for the computer genius and business mind that Maan Singh Khurana was but Him doing all these things for her was giving shock after shock to her.
There were curtains hanging all over the terrace, they flowing due to the wind. The dark black sky being visible. He had fixed the projectors such that the projections fell on the curtains creating an illusion of a romantic atmosphere for dinner. Red hearts flowing all over the curtains and the backgrounds changing every minute with pictures of couples holding hands, hugging, getting cozy and playing in the beach. Light music playing in the background as he led her to the table set for two. The food items already served. He made her sit and dragged his chair closer to hers. He held her plate as he mixed the biryani with raita and held the spoonful near her mouth, a tear drop spilled from her eyelids. She took the spoon into her mouth as he delicately fed her. In the middle she stopped,Why are you doing this for me?She was tormented with the same question within her and now she couldn't help but ask. He narrowed his eyes on her face and thenChup chap khana khalo...He wanted to divert her mind from rethinking about the events that happened in the morning and what could have been better than him to divert her mind. Rethinking would have made her faint again and he understood it wasn't good for her. He already had experienced it before. He again held the spoon near her mouth as she held his hand stopping him again. Subah wo sab... You think that I am...She choked upon the food she had in her mouth. He immediately held the glass of water for her. She drank looking at his caring gestures. Her beautiful eyes getting lost in the deep reservoire of his love and care. It was very rare to watch Maan being so lovable. Bohot bolti ho tum... Now just be silent and eat...He ordered and she again stopped him holding his hand. Ab kya hai?He was agitated now. umm... AapShe fumbled and lowered her lashes. He grinned at her concern and the transformation from her 'tum' to 'aap'.Main baad mai kha lunga... Tumhari tarah nahi hu mai ... Ke dusron ki galti ke liye khud ko saza dun

He taunted smirking. She still denied to eat shaking her head slowly. He was loving it. Finally he had to eat few bites from her plate to satisfy her. Ab khush..He said with sarcasm. A small smile appeared on her face and his world seemed illuminated with that slight happiness. He fed her to stomach fill lovingly as she couldn't help but wonder about what did he want. She didn't want to voice it out break this beautiful dream of hers which was making her heart soar high.

The next day Sanjay decided to tell the truth of Rahul being a casanova to Maanu but the sight shocked him. Maanu had cut her wrist with a blade writing Rahul on it. He called out for Maan and they rushed her to hospital all worried. Sanjay never imagined Maanu to be weak and take such a drastic step.
Scene at hospital got even worse as the doctors wanted to involve police in the case and Sanjay wanted to keep it up under wraps. Finally Maan intervened and threatened the doctors to treat her right then and there. They were adamant for some reason first but then some nurse came and whispered something to the doctor and they took her in.
Sanjay dropped down broken in the seat as Maan stood strong holding his shoulder comforting Sanjay. He knew how rude his dad may be but he loved his children to death. There was something secret in his heart which stopped him from being free and lovable with Maan and Maanu, Maan had realized it much before. His thoughts broke as Mohinder rushed in comforting his friend. No Geet. He was saddened... He needed her to hold himself strong. Right then his phone rang, he knew it could only be her at the moment. Geet..He whispered as Geet replied sweet nothings to comfort him. Sanjay's ears shot up with her name. He thought they broke up after the incident. He was guilty... Feared of turning Maan into another Sanjay and ruining another innocent against her wish, just as he did to Sarla.
He heard Maan replying in just 'umm' and 'hmm' and then he cut the call. He was about to question Maan when he saw Geet coming and hugging Maan tightly. She filled her fingers in the crevices of his palm comforting him. Sanjay thought to question him later. Right now he needed to take a decision about Rahul ... And Maanu. The thought tore him apart thinking about his daughter's future. Mohinder watched the play of emotions on his face and decided to confront Sanjay later about Geet and Maan.

Sameer and Anil being the clients, the information by Pinky raised his anger to no limits. How could he have been so careless? He knew even though Geet showed she hated him, she loved him...he just knew it she did. However she feared the duo...fear instilled in her heart...that pained him. He had decided to avenge them later so had gotten into hiding without informing anyone. He had rightly guessed those cowards to involve police in the matter.

He was frustrated. Maan always stood as her saviour. How much he may have hated her, he always saved her? How much Rahul may have tried to convince that she hated Maan, deep within, he knew, she loved him crazily. He knew if Geet will be murdered, Maan would be broken and the reins of Khurana and Handa empires would easily come into his hands through Maanu and Rahul. But darn those killers he had hired. One stopped by Vicky when Geet was in coma while the other by Maan when Geet was drunk and came infront of the truck. He couldn't do anything now as Maan was now keeping watch on Rahul. He would have to wait. The fact that even his own son stood by Maan infuriated him.
