Ok this happened 40 years ago. Phupi had to go to India to visit grand mum and since there was no one to tie my plaits for school she got my hair cut short and my hair never ever grew until i was in my teens and i wanted it.
The secret is every 2 weeks i use to sell some old newspapers( use to get 2 bucks those days) and get a hair trim with the money. Nobody noticed missing papers cause i took enough for a haircut and no noticed HAIR NOT GROWING for years...😉
