Some of the missing characters

Hello,
I haven't watched D3 for the past 2 years. So what happened to all the old characters? The old Sharon, I know she left. But how did D3 explain when Vinti & Alisha left, did they even give an explanation and what about Vicky, did they show him missing Neha?

Also, Arshi ( did I get it correct??) is she Sneha Gupta from DID3? Has she quit too? Also did she like Swayam?
