Maybe his PA. It could be about the Ashram Plot or could be that Aastha's dad has been put behind bars as he had said to Aastha. It could also be tht Aastha's dad has been transferred immediately away from Aastha... Aastha's ajju was calling and Shlok disconnected it. Maybe she wanted to tell Aastha what had happened.
