Ganga was so perfect about the english terms she used today to describe the medical terminology !!

The old ganga would have said them with a rajasthani accent, but this ganga everything rolled off her tongue so fluently like she had just come back from London. 🤣🤣🤣

I'm not criticising. It's just an observation. I thought sargun is too cute. 😊

What is wrong with Ganga now 😡 cvs only gave her those dialogues to speak 😡 My Ganga left it and went😭 i hope Shashank too quits😭
