I think he will tell Ajaz off but may make it clear that the point was to make hard tasks and that, even though he done good for himself, Kushal could have refused the same way Aijaz refused to cut his hair.

If he does then I don't think it's hypocritical but the truth. He done the same for Ratan when she sat in the gobar for a while.

even if he tells Ajaz it was bad .. he wd laugh it off .. or not mentioned it at all .. but he will definitely question other team decision to boycott the task as well as captain .. blame them for creating groupism ..

he has become so anti kushal tht he wd support anyone or anything thts against them 😲
