Agree with u Prachi and Teesha, she could have just gone to HH with any reason and kept attracting Arjun towards herself, by things as wearing "Payal", cooking the same food for Arjun that Bhavri used to, etc. etc. Without expressing her love openly, she was still on Arjun's mind all the time and even thinking about Devika made Shefali jealous. So she was achieving her aim.

Once Arjun would have himself fallen in love with her and then she ditched him it would have hurt Arjun more.
