The Awesomesness of Jalal

Okay..So its been ages since i gushed about Jalal on the forum and since i had time today, i decided to fill the void by making a post solely & wholly dedicated to him😆 So where do i start? I have always believed that Jalal is the best written character on Indian Telly at the moment..But this one track has managed to make him go above & beyond that..There is something about the way he dealt with the whole fiasco..Jodha was right and i don fault her for her behavior😆 But the way Jalal dealt with the issue sets him apart and how👏 This when he is not exactly in love with his wife..Atleast on a conscious level😆
And he actually talks about trusting her😲 Trust is something which is developed over a period of time after elaborate courtship and reasonable understanding between the couple..Even love cannot guarantee trust and it doesn't take much for a Romeo to transform into an Othello😒😆 But here we have this guy who is not exactly in love with his wife, doesn't really share a normal relationship with her and yet believes that she hasn't strayed just because she said so?😲 This when she is supposedly pregnant and he is sure of the fact that he has no hand in impregnating his wife😆 How awesome is that? Am pretty sure a lesser man would have doubted his wife in such a scenario..But no, Jalal believes his wife even though there is no concrete proof of her innocence and even accepts that he is at fault to make sure she is not defamed..
Its unbelievable that Jalal does all this and more when he is yet to have a conscious realization of the fact that he is in love with Jodha..Now when he does fall in love, god knows what he'l do😆 Jodha being called lucky is an understatement😡😆 Anyways, am not really sure if i liked this track..But the point is Jalal has a fan for life😆 The best thing about this track was the interactions between Salima beghum and Jalal..There is just so much warmth and respect in the way they interact with each other..I love the way Jalal treats Salima..Oh and i loved loved the forehead kiss..Not romantic from any angle but there was something really really sweet about the whole thing..I like how the creatives are dealing with Jalal's relationship with the other women in his life..Its good that they aren't attempting to butcher his other wives to glorify Jodha..A first on Indian Telly😆 And yup, this is the first time i sorta like the relationship the male lead shares with his mom..Not his de jure mom😆 Am talking about MA here😆 Though she is evil, i like how Jalal looks up to her..In most other shows, the lead's obsession with his mom gives vibes of borderline Oedipus complex issues😲😆 But not here or so i feel..You see attachment, love but not obsession😆 Anyways, all am trying is say is that Jalal is perfection on celluloid😳😆 He is every bit the alpha male who has a personality to die for..I know i sound shallow or silly or whatever when i say this but he is the only reason why i watch this show..I love JJ and their interactions when Jodha is being civil but in general everything else ceases to matter when Jalal is on screen😆 If this is how guys who are heartless behave, who needs a guy full of heart?😲😆 Can i have a Jalal for myself?😳 I swear there'l be no place for ghrina..Only pyaar, pyaar and more pyaar😳😆

P.S. Kudos to Rajat for bringing Jalal to life..If the writing is brilliant, so is the acting..Sucks that characters like Jalal manage to increase my expectations tenfold and these expectations are sadly not met in reality😡😆

Rajat has indeed brought Jalal to life.👏👏He was not called Akbar the great without a reason. If you read his Biographies(there are so many )you cannot help falling in love with him.He was one of the coolest Emperors the world has had and way ahead of his times .Can only be compared to Ashoka the great.Am glad that a serial has finally been made on him.
