"How could she do this man?" He said resting his face on his palm on the verge of tears.

'I just couldn't see him in this much of pain.. He is the one who has spread happiness in everyone's lives and he deserves it too.. So why is he the one suffering.. why can't he just get his bit of happiness..' Kria thought

"I wish she knew how badly she affects me" he spoke hiding his face in his palms. 'I wish so too' she thought looking at the miserable state of her best friend

She knelt down in fornt of him, and grabbed his head in her hands.

"it's not your fault.. You are not at loss,, it is she who has lost a precious person like you."

"Don't I don't deserve love, Kria?" he looked with teary eyes. The sight itself stabbed Kria millions of times.

"No." came an instant reply.

"You do. You deserve all the love and happiness in the world.. But it's just that they you are too good for them. You dont deserve a person like them in your life. You deserve better.. you deserve the best, Rey"

"But i gave her all the happiness." He said "atleast i thought i did" "But Rey.." she started but before speaking she linked her forehead to his "did she give u your share of happiness?" He closed his eyes thinking about it what she just spoke

"See you dont have an answer.. It means she didnt.." He looked into her eyes.. Continuing she said, " and even if she did.. How does it matter Rey? If a person doesnt value a relationship... Then it means they never were serious about it.."

He sighed.. Whom was he trying to argue with.. It was his best friend.. The one who knew him better than anyone.. Even himself..

She looked at him drained in deep thoughts.. "Rey, just let it out.. I am here to hear it all.. Just let it go.. You will feel better.." He took a deep breath.. He had to..get all of it out..

Starting to pour out his heart.. He cried his heart.. Draining away the pain that was aching him.. His heart..

"And how could she just choose him over me!?" He shrieked with a breaking voice "Okay. So thats it?" She asked

He nodded his head slowly. Not breaking the intimate touch for even a moment

"So would you give a damn about such a girl who would forget about your love in an instant when some random guy enter her life.. As if love is nothing more than a cloth she would change daily.." her voice raised.. After all he was wasting his precious pearls over a girl who isnt worth any of it..

"how can you expect that out of me Kria.. I loved her.. I still do.. No matter if she loves someone else.. But my feelings just cant change in an instant.. You expect that out of me, right?" yes, he was indeed right.. But how could she see him in such a vulnerable state. He meant a lot tilo her.. The only person whom she could claim as hers' in this world.. She had no family but he meant the family to her..

"Rey i didnt.." she started fiercely but ended up cutting herself by letting a sigh out. "I didnt.. didnt mean that u know" she said "sorry if u felt accused" He stood silent waiting fr her to continue. "I know she meant the world to you but.." she said "bt somethings r not supposed to tutn out the way we think. You - you get it right? Thats what life is about!"

"I agree.. It will take time for you to get over this.. But you need to try at least.." she looked at him.. Her eyes reflected a pinch of hope.. Hope that he would try and understand things..

"Kria, I know that I need to.. But you just cant expect me not to not react.." She thought he was over explaining things.. Which didnt seem to be him..

He wasnt a person who would go on explaining thing.. This was so unusual of Rey..

She felt a sense of guilt for judging him like she did. "Im sorry Rey." She said She felt his body stiffening "its just that it kills me to see you like this" she whispered softly gulping a lump of heavy emotions

He squesed her hand gently.. Assuring her he was there for her... Always! "Just come out of this Rey. I cant see you like this." her voise trailed.. "and for how long are you gonna remind me of this.." Rey retorted back. Here he wanted to cry over her shoulder.. Wanted her to make him feel comfortable.. Console.. But she was cribbing for her own reason.. Girls!! "selfish you!!"

"selfish me.. Well if I am then deal with it.. You are friends with this selfish girl.. And moreover.. I wont ever set you free.." she winked at him, with a smirk adoring her face she held her head high.. As though watching mount Everest.. But indeed she was trying to divert his mind.. from the hurtful thought of his recent breakup.. And it seemed she was successful as well.. He grabbed her arms, pulling her down at her knees.. "what if I dont?" he raised the question with a blank expressionless face.. It was hard to recognize whether he was serious or not..

She felt a sense of challenge in his voice. Daring.. yet stupid.. Well. At least he was smiling. That was enough for her. This was her Rey, stupid n joyous The one who could light up anyone's day with a stupid gag or only by cracking one of his dirty jokes..

"Then you will be kissing death.. Cause you will have to deal with me for lifetime.. As I am in no mood to set you free.." She turned to the other side.. He has invited the trouble himself.. Now he had to make up for his own deeds..

He smirked. Processing what she had just spoken. She was a girl with wit, since when did she start getting embarrassed? She was supposed to speak "Rey im gonna punch ur face" but instead she gave him a thoughtful expression of what she was thinking. And he just knew it

He wrapped his arms around her, grabbing her form from behind.. resting his chin on her shoulder, he was about to speak when she shrugged her shoulder making his head fall off from her shoulder..

Rey got hold of her arm and pulled her back, this girl, was behaving strange. And he didn't know why. But so was he. He let his head rest on one of her shoulders, wrapping his arms around her. She stood still for a moment or two, not uttering a word. "Rey.." she said "i need water" and shrugged off situation in a blue.

"Kria. Are you okay? You behaving strange. Why?" He questioned her getting restless about her indifferent behaviour.. "Girl, its me.. We have been best of friends ever since I remember.. Then whats wrong today?"

His question baffled her, Yes she was behaving way too indifferently.. But the reason was unknown to her as well.. Than how was she supposed to answer his question..

"I will just get some water." she moved out of his embrace.. But the thoughts that encircled him couldnt be left aside..

He decided to follow her.. He wasnt sure but something was definitely wrong with her..

And the answer was simple. Yes. Something was so wrong with her and she couldnt figure it out herself, she took the glass of water in her hand shutting the tap gently. She took a sip, then sprinkled it on her own face because of some unknown reason. The process didnt do any good. She parted her lips to let out a deep wondering sigh. Rey on the other hand was studying her every move precisely. She kept the glass down in just one sip, yeah this was not thirst, she was insecure and he just had to find why. Something was definitely up..

"I just dont know whats wrong.. Why do I feel something..." even before she could continue with her voicing out of thoughts.. She swiftly turned to find Rey.. So close... So near.. Just about an inch.. Even less..She dashed into him.. And he grabbed her at the right time preventing her to fall.. His hands gripped her bare waist..which was revealed due to the sudden actions.. perfectly.. "what are you worrying about.. Which feelings are you running from, Kria? I never knew this side of you.." he breathed at her tender lips.. which were shivering due to the proximity they were sharing..

It wasnt the first time they were so close.. But the rush of emotions and the sudden havoc in their minds due to the uncertain emotions.. Made the two feel a shiver down the spine..

"say it Kria.. What is it?" Rey again asked.. Looking intensely at her.. "I.. I dont know" and how would she.. She was lost.. Lost in those beautiful intense hazel green orbs.. It seemed so newly affectionate.. with so much emotions underlying deep in his heart.. so pure.. so much of love..

Love.. Did she think of love.. Love visible in his eyes.. Yes he had love for all.. But was she searching love for herself.. Dreaming about being loved by him.. No. She couldnt think of him like that.. He deserved better.. in fact the best.. And she didnt find herself to be anywhere near the same..

"You should be knowing it Kria.." he hissed.. unknown of the fact what he was uttering.. But seeing her lost deep in her thoughts he whispered what seemed to be right to him..

"Kria.." his lips moved on her trembling ones as he voiced out her name making her gulp harder, her eyelids met while her hands encircling around his neck clutched the piece of collar as much as they could..

They didn't realize who took the first step, but their lips were synchronized, moving with a rhythm, meshing on the other.. all their emotions poured out into the kiss...

His palms pressed harder against her spine making her collide more into his broad muscular frame.. His hands gently rubbed her back, while he deepened the kiss with not much effort.

breaking the kiss with necessity of gasping air they parted, but his lips lingered on her smooth skin.. She was losing it all, as though she had her mind set right in place.. He traveled down placing wet kisses all over till he was to explore her cleavage..

"Rey" a moan left parting her lips which only determined him to study her further. He moved down sucking her cleavage which made her restless to another great extent. She grabbed a fistful of his hairs, pulling them apart.. making him go crazy, at the time all he wanted was love, May it be in any form.. He dropped the strap of her dress exposing a bit more of her bosom.. while his free hand toyed with the other making it hard for her to keep herself stable on her feet, her knees wobbled.. She grabbed his shoulder for support.. to which he just scooped her in his arms to get a comfortable place to continue it further.. And soon she was lying on the bed with him on her top...

Her nostrils flared as she engulfed his male cologne. So heavy and so amazing while he left a love bite right around her shoulder blade. She moaned again making him go harder on her. She dug the tooth into her lower lip, and it almost bled. He moved down the alley leaving red little bites around her body. Both didn't know whether it was right or wrong. They were just furious to feel each other against themselves.

He undid the zip of her yellow summer dress and she left there in nothing but her essentials while he continued further down her skin.

With the rays of sun disturbing the sound sleep of the two souls covered with a thin satin sheet.. Rey got up rubbing his eyes off..

He looked at himself and then at Kria, who was peacefully sleeping with her arms arrested around him..

'I never knew the Love I was finding for was so close to me.. just in front of my eyes.. and I was serving others while I knew how much did she need it, how much did she deserve it..She deserves every bit of happiness and I will only if she wants me to..' he thought caressing her cheeks lovingly.. she parted her eyelids with much of difficulty.. just to find his loving gaze at her..

instantly a smile crept across her lips, but the next second she flopped over the bed as the realization dawned upon her.. She swallowed the emotions down, looking with her wide beautiful green eyes at his chocolate brown ones..

She didn't wanna lose his friendship at any cost,, no matter if she would lose the only Love of her life. Yes she has realized it by now, that she really felt for him, no matter what his side of story was...

"Kria, I don't know what's in your mind.. But for me.. "

"No, Rey its fine. I know you didn't mean to." She assumed his speech of apology and turned her face to the other side to compose herself and the brimming tears that formed in her eyes..

"NO. You are getting it wrong." he sternly replied. "I won't mind to spend all my days and nights that way for lifetime, but only if you give me the honor to make love to you every time."

he held her facing him, and deeply gazing into her eyes he said as if promising each and every word with certain unsaid promises made. Revealing the concealed emotions within the two the night crept as beautiful as they were together for their lifetime.
