JA Nov 15th - Jalal balances the scale with his justice

I felt that we got a closure to lot of the nonsensical tracks that were started in the past few days. The whole significance of that stormy night was to create a mistrust between the odd couple and end it with a strong growing trust. Then the pregnancy track got introduced because of the dhamakedar stormy night, body heat track ke bina pregnancy track ka kya matlab? Ekta (hamari JA bhagwan) ke khel bhi nirale hai! The scale got shown during Jodha's bday. I watched that episode again and noticed that Jalal moves from his seat when he hears Moti say that in Amer, RB would make the scale sway. Jodha ka palra is bhari (as ammijaan points out) and with Jalal's ring support the ceremony succeeds. This was an indication of the upcoming pregnancy track where Jalal's judgment would sway Jodha from grace to disgrace or viceversa. When Jodha handed the ring to Jalal, she basically handed the relationship in Jalal's hand. It was for him to decide whether he is going to recognize Jodha's purity or get burnt in his own insecurities and anger. Jodha, you put the trust in right hands and I feel you know it already.

I was so proud to see Jalal in full action. He knew Jodha's plead for not guilty was genuine, and we see him jump into action the moment Salima points out to him the possibility of a truth that is beyond our reach. I love seeing the in command Shensah and if that Khwaja had committed the crime she would have accepted because of the rage in his voice. How twisted were the people then (Ekta ki meharbani) that they used jadi booti left and right to cause pain and break relationships. Thankfully there was one to even prove your innocence. Salima again succeeds in asking the right question to Khwaja and voila they have a full plan to solve the mystery. She even helps Shenshah by offering the help for getting Jodha to have the jadibooti.

For the first time I felt the Mughals meant when they said 'ek bekasoor ko saja nahin milni chaiye bhale hi 100 gunehgaar choot jai'. Jalal took all the blame and disgrace upon himself so that he could save Jodha from public disgrace. Jalal never intended to disgrace her in public till he was sure. But when things got out of control (thanks to MA), he took responsibility as a husband and saved Jodha. I am confident now that he would have never told Ruqu about his doubts on Jodha as he knew she would not keep it to herself and would demand immediate punishment for Jodha. How lucky for us that Ruqu broke up with Jalal and he turned to Salima for help. How I wish they stopped Jodha say the same dialogs again and again and again. She says it now and in the end again that she GHRINAS Jalal, gosh she had to prove me wrong! Hamida is shaken to the core, she can't believe that her son could stoop so low. I loved Hamida's acting today, her voice modulation was perfect. I hope after this CVs never use Hamida to torture Jodha so that they gain TRP points, please leave some relationships just pure. I enjoyed MA's sudden disappearance, poor thing had to leave as her spicy cooked khichadi suddenly became all bland. What shrewdness Jalal showed in not disclosing the current truth in front of his mom. Sometimes you have to be TEDA (like Jodha calls him), jab seedhe ungle se ghee nahin nikalta. Jodha I hope CVs show us that you understand what Jalal did for you. He took all the blame just so that he could save you from other people's blame. I hope you thank him in another of your special Jodha style 'thanks', may be a dance just for him!

I hope Jodha talks more to Salima, she will help in clearing any other misunderstanding that Jodha might have for Jalal. Salima understands her pain and consoles her. She fights for Jodha in front of Ruqu who by no means seems from a shahi khandaan. She looked like a street woman wanting to get as much gossip as possible from Salima. Ruqu and her insecurities, she basically told Salima that her advice to Jalal is only going to cause problems and hence she should be ready to advice on how to take care of that as well. Jalal is shown anxiously waiting for the results, I wonder why as I think he already knows how Jodha will pass with flying colors. May be because he does not like the fact that the ring he had put on Jodha to bind them together is out of her finger. The tulah again shows that Jalal's ring balances Jodha's ring. The same symbolism of basically how they complete each other or balance each other. BTW, forum girls didnt get invited to the engagement ceremony. So, please do not return the ring just like that. Instead hold her hand (good excuse) to put the ring back and ask her to do the same.

Precap: All is well again between the odd couple. You better not return the ring just like that Jalal! Grab her hand and put it on her fingers! Jodha you better not say GHRINA again, after all it's your 2nd engagement ceremony today.

Jalal understands and has accepted Jodha's stance ...her 'ghrina ' is more than justified in this instance... her honor has been besmirched and like during suicide .. ' Ek kashti mein sawaar' incident, Jalal realizes what a blow this has been for Jodha. He doubted her too and somewhere in his heart, even though he is not yet in love with her, he identifies with her pain, hurt and anger...hence his ' Qubool Hai ' to her ghrina.

I am just glad that this distasteful chapter if coming to an end and Jalal-Jodha can move forward.

Hey If Jodha says Ghrina multiple times that's because she was driven to that point.

She has endured quite a bit and now not only emotionally drained but is a super confused soul wondering what the hec her husband is going to say next...as he has been doing a lot of back and forth lately.

Until the confusion is cleared AND its taken her time to digest and realize Jalaal was indeed saving her honour she is not going to come out of the Ghrina mode. Irritating she may be but Justified, she was.

Jalaal- My My ... I loved him.the way he stepped in and took over the blame in stride made him a winner... The weighing of the rings, Qubool hai bit was fantastic.

Like u mentioned also liked how a lot of things from the last two weeks that we did not understand... the need for the body warmth , tulabaram etc etc fell into place. Even the reassurance by Jalaal to Jodha during the lunch date where he said he would step in when Hamida doesn't support her was proved today.

Love ur take on the tarazu symbolism, Meghna 👏 . Today s epi is at last nearing fruition to the fake preg drama. Jalal has taken his step in placing his full trust on Jodha s virtue & has taken full responsibility for it as a husband too. Just loved the scene. Though I felt bad for him when Hamida denounced him, but still felt proud for his stand for Jodha.

Jo was to an extent justified in showing her hate towards him today, he s confused her too much already regarding this "issue" 😉 😆 . Am ready to forgive her ghrina today, just like Jallu did when he says he accepts her hatred if its to save her from others' hatred . But like you, I too want some redemption of Jodha s character too after this. She needs to introspect too & accept that she was to blame too in not trusting Jalal s promise (nonexistent in this case atleast 😉 ). Trust works both ways & especially a marriage needs mutual trust, respect & understanding. So only Jalal realising his mistake & accepting all the blame is not going to work.

The CVs havent disappointed us much in this track, so hopefully the trust issue also will be mutually sorted out , & maybe in time we ll get redemption for Jo s attitude towards Jalal too so that it doesnt seem such an unequal love story to some of us viewers 😊

And also this time around, some culprit other than the Khwaja sera might be caught too , seeing the way the epi played out today. But who s going to get caught & whether they ll get the punishment due is anybody s guess

PS: Hope CVs decide once and for all what they want Ruq s to be, didnt like what she said at all today, inspite of her being privy to Jo/ Ja s faceoff the other day 😡

I really enjoyed the episode today.. specifically Jalal's anger when he questioned the doctor the pain was visible in his facial features as well as his eyes at having wronged Jodha he may not love her yet but there is concern not only for her well being but for being the reason behind the implicit pain behind her hatred her accusations.. Rajat was simply fantastic at portraying his anguish as he hunted for the truth.. I also loved the sequence where he stood tall and accepted the entire blame in order to save his wife's reputation.. he proved he will always stand by her irrespective of what she may believe.. loved the controlled sense of despair when he was being shunned by his mother he understood the importance of his actions and refused to budge.. Jodha was also correct in her place her self respect her honor was being questioned she had ever right to stand up for herself.. and let her frustration surface.. looking forward to the next epi..!!

Overall this track will help them to not only better understand one another but will also help to strengthen the foundation of their relationship.. they will not be as quick to doubt one another in the face of another hurdle.!

Thanks Anu. I have to watch my back and my hand when I write about Jodha, she has two protective elder sisters - you and Ela 😉. Okay the first time she said I accepted. Why did CVs make her go again to say the same dialogs? May be because she cares also and wanted Jalal to justify his actions. But in return we got the ultimate qubool dialog - nafrat ki qaboolness aisi hai to mohabbat kaisi hogi??

Great point about Jalal always standing by Jodha, this time even Hamida wasn't there but Jalal saved her.
