(I am very happy to see that you guys have come to love this ff so much. But to those readers who didn't want me to discontinue this ff,,,i NEVER said that i would discontinue it. I said i will not update until u understand the plot clearly. Because if u misunderstand the plot,then gradually with each update you will get more & more confused & misunderstand the story & it's progress,so then what will the meaning of my updating if you understand my story to be a wrong one?? Geet sat there in the dark room silently. No,...it was as if it was her heart that went silent,not understanding what to do...what to feel anymore...

Only light in the room was that of the moon...just like that night..except there was no clouds to hide the moon's mocking smile...winds flowed in embracing with the white curtains of the room,dancing with them...gently...softly...with love...

A sound from outside broke her trance. She remembered she has to unpack her things. She opened the suitcase,only to find herself in tears...

She crumbled down on the floor clutching the photo with her. Tears streamed down her cheeks as she cried & screamed looking at the picture.

Kyun maan KYUN!!!! KYA BIGADA THA MAINE APKA? MAIN TO APKO PEHCHANTI BHI NAHI THI! AP KYUN MUJHE LAYE APNI ZINDEGI MEIN? KYUN MUJHSE ITNA BADA DHOKA DIYA??...

KYUn....her voice died down to whispers...Kyun mujhe wo pyaar diya jo mera hai hi nahi? Kyun ?? Kyun???

Her voice hardly audible as she lied down on the cold floor...

She looked at his picture..telling it the things she could not say to him...

I can wait for your love for eternity maan...bt main kaise ye sahu ki jab bhi ap mujhe apni bahoon mein lete hai,to ap kisi aur ke baren mein sochte hai? Kaise ji sakti iss baat ke saath ki jab bhi app mujhe pyaar se dekhenge wo pyaar,wo mohabbat kisi aur ke liye hogi??...she cried & cried...remembering everytime they embraced ,everytime he touched her,kissed her...

Kya unme kavi Geet nahi thi?? Kya wo pyaar ,wo hugs,wo kisses ...sab akriti ke liye thi...she cried herself to sleep...

Same night 2:30 am ...Maan found himself going towards the east side...

Main sirf ye dekhne ja raha hu ...ki wo thik hai ki nahi...afterall it was my fault.

He reasoned with himself...this must be it...or else why i would be worried for her? It's not that i can use her as Akriti anymore..!!

He reached entered her room ever so stealthily... ever so cautious not to wake her up.

There she was...in the dark room,contrasting it..with wearing the simple white dress he had gifted to her,so befitting her image..pure & honest...& now tattered

She was there sleeping defenselessly on the cold floor,with dried tears in her cheeks,on the photo frame.

The sight of her torn his heart in pieces...so fragile,so vulnerable...& noe he has broken her into numerous pieces...

He grabbed the glass of water & dipped his handkerchief in it,wetting it & wiped her face ever so gently ,as if even that harmless piece of cotton could scratch her...

He lifted her & placed her gently on the bed & spread the quilt over her. She whimpered...he didn't even think,his hands just flew to her head,stroking her deep sleep...

He didn't even notice when it was close to dawn...4:30 am...the whole time...his hands didn't even stopped for once,didn't break contact with her head...looking at her...the time passed just like that...

But it was time for him to go...his head bent down to kiss her forehead...bt he stopped just before the touch..his warm breath falling on her,still soothing her aching heart in deep sleep...

He hesitated ...then he knew...he didn't have the right to...

I am sorry...Geet...he whispered & went from there as silently as he came...

Dadi sat in her room with meera & dev...

The whole night they couldn't sleep...they didn't sleep. They knew Geet would cry herself to sleep & they knew...that maan would go to her...they were waiting in this room beside geet,for him to go to her..

They silently from the ajar door,as maan left Geet's room...

Kya ye kavi apni dil ki baat nahi samjhenge? Meera asked.

Kya hum kuch nahi kar sakte? Dev asked helplessly.

Ab hum Geet ke saath dene ke aur uska dard batne ke siva...kuch nahi kar sakte...dadi said sadly...
