After college, Rey was practicing his solo. He was out of focus and he knew the reason behind it. But he didn't want to admit it. Taani was passing by the rehearsal hall and heard some music coming from inside. She saw him dancing and felt it wasn't his best. She enters in.

"Hey Rey." She greets him.

"Taani tum gayi nahi?" Rey asked.

"Bas jaa hi rahi thi" she said and sat.

"Jaa rahi thi! I can see that!" he said and sat next to her.

"What's wrong Rey?" she asked.

"Nothing." He ignored.

"Sube se you looking disturbed. Baat kya hai" she insisted.

"Taani, it's really nothing" he said.

"If you consider me you friend, you'll tell me" she said.

Rey let out a deep sigh and started, "Tumne kabhi kisi apne ko tumse durr jate dekha hai?"

'I think he is sad about Tina.' Taani thought.

"The feeling, it..it just kills. Kisi dusri cheez mein dhyaan hi nahi lagta.." he continued.

"Rey kuch cheezein humare haath mein nahi hoti. We just need to be patient. Waqt ke saath sab theek ho jata hai" she said.

"Time.." he murmured.

"Rey tum aaj rest kar lo" she suggested.

"Rest! Voh do love birds ko pata chala toh mujhe katcha chaba jayenge!" he exclaimed.

"Come on Rey, tum kuch jyada hi bol rahe ho! Dono bohot sweet hai" she said.

"Bas ek dusre ke saath. Aur aajkal toh Sharon pata nahi kya prove karna chahti hai. She is always behind me. Agar usse pata chala ki I'm resting and not rehearsing firr toh.." he left his sentence midway.

Both looked at each other and started laughing.

"I think I should leave" said Taani after a while.

"Sure. Kal milte hai" he bids her.

Rey again starts his routine. Taani sees him from the door slits. She was mesmerized seeing him dance. For the next half an hour, Taani is standing outside admiring his dance. Her phone vibrates and brings her back to earth.

'Itna late ho gaya! Mein kar kya rahi thi!' she thinks and leaves.

Rey too leaves. He is about to drive off when he hears someone trying hard to start their vehicle. He gets out of his car and moves in the direction of the sound. He reaches to a car and spots Taani fidgeting with her car.

"Tum kahin mujhpe nazar toh rakh nahi rahi ho na?" he asked her.

"Very funny Rey! Meri gaadi chalu nahi ho rahi" she informed.

"Chalo I'll drop you" he said.

"But my car" she said.

"Lock it. Koi chura ke leke nahi jayega!" he giggled.

Taani gets out of her car and locks it. She starts moving with Rey towards his car. Both of them are walking jollily when she doesn't see trips over a stone and it about to fall when Rey catches her. He securely holds her; one hand around her waist and other supporting her back. Taani clutches his shirt and closes her eyes with the fear of falling. Rey sees her closed eyes and a smile appears on his face. She slowly opens her eyes and finds him gazing at her. A slight blush starts adoring her cheeks.

Both of them are exploring each other's eyes. Both can see the same feelings that they have in the others eye, but assume it only to be a reflection of their own. The chilly wind blowing causes Taani to shiver which breaks their eye lock. Rey makes her stand properly and move to his car.

"Rey tumne kisise pyaar kiya hai?" a sudden question from her surprises him.

"Haan" he replies.

"Kisse?" she asks back.

"Tumse" he replies.

"Aisa kyun pooch rahi ho?" he asks back making her come out of her trance.

Mein yeh kya soch rahi hoon' she thinks.

"Bas aise hi" she replied.

"Nah" he said.

"What nah?" she looked at him.

"Tumne kuch reason ki wajah se poocha" he replies.

"No Rey" she replies sternly.

"Ohk" he said and continues driving.
