They are just trying to show that no matter what, sisters will always be sisters... Bani paid for Piyas treatment....Jay did not want Piya... he stayed with Bani! Its not like he's still sleeping with Piya behind Bani's back!! The point being... it's JUST TV! Chill out! and I know most of you will give me a big beating for this .... but this is my opinion... Apparently we have the time to spend and make a point to protest against the bakwaas being shown because we want to see quality on our television sets!!!

Agreed it is just a drama as you call it but if we have time in our busy schedules to view it then we also have the time to protest when the producers turn it into something that an intellectual audience cannot swallow!!!

Television is a very important medium for communication and when tv producers ruin quality shows by showing bullshit making a mockery of the audience's intelligence we should offer protest!!!

If you don't have time or like the post or care what kind of quality is being thrown your way in the name of entertainment so be it but don't attack others when they take the time and try to bring about change and revolt in order to get quality back especially as all the arguements presented are well thought out and valid !!!

I agree with most of what you have written, Rani!

As of Boycotting KS, well, frankly, I have never really taken the show or for that matter any other Television show seriously! As in, mostly, I watch it and then forget about it! Yes, it has been slightly different with KS at times, I have been passionately involved with it, primarily because of the Forum, but never really felt strongly for the show, not even for JW!

There used to be a time, when I used to finish off my chores so that I can watch and update KS without being distrubed, I definitely don't share the same passion for the Soap now, but at the same time, don't really, mind watching it, if I am free around that time (Which normally I am!) For me, it is not really about KS being a good, bad or ugly soap, it is merely a time filler and more of a habit!

The serial is surely gone down the dumps now and I can't see it picking up, but then, neither do I care for it any longer, hence it doesn't affect me on any level, emotionally or asethically!

But I still love the KS Forum as much as I loved it before, I come here everyday to either chat with my buddies or read the fan-fics and reply to some posts, or do the updates, which I think are my best and strongest link to the KS Forum Family, something that I don't want to break off, atleast till I can!

I think all the Members on the Forum can take an individualistic position on whether they want to continue watching KS or boycott it altogether!

All I can say is that, its a Soap after all, a Ficiton, which has no bearing on our lives or on the way we think (I can assume that most of us don't get 'influenced' per say by what is shown in KS!), hence, if you want to view it, see it as a daily dose of Televison Entertainment and forget about it, and if you think that you are being affected by it at some or the other level in a negative way, then just boycott KS!

I hope I made sense, am pretty bad at expressing stuff like this!

She has expressed her personal opinion in a rational, clear-headed and logical manner and the members are expected and requested to respond back in the same way!

They have every right to express the views and even though i do not agree i am totally with them because i can tell how strongly they feel...everyones on this forum because they attached to ks so they doing what they think...i am not boycotting but i ABSOLUTELY see NOTHING wrong with they doing even if i am not joining in...look at how many people agree with them we should just respect their feelings and if you wish to say something do it like sangita said constructively ....this boycotts been a long time coming these people have been paitent for so long now its getting fustrating.

a request , since you guys obviously are discreeetly lurking around the Forum ..you guys must have read that 90% of the members are only on the forum to read the very creative & beautifully penned Fanfics . So my suggestion to You Folks -is to take some of these Creative FF writers and Put them On your Sorry Team and bring a smile back to the Die hard Fans of Kasam se ...Most of all Jai & Bani Fans
I am sure you guys must have landed on any number of the Fanfics in the forum ..and read How we the audience would Like The characters , protoganists of kasma se to be .DUH !

Rani Iunderstand your frustraion ..but lengthy running soaps do tend to get mundane after some months ..and then Pick up out of the blue , keeping in mind KS doesnt have many charcters around which the story revolves like in some Mega Balaji productions ..Kyonki , kahani etc .As MT said ..at the end of the Day its a fictional soap watch it and forget it .I do the same and dont analyse it in depth not very attached to it ..But Yes I am Hooked ON Jai walia (RK)and J&B .
Hope The creatives are reading our views and put our suggestions and ideas into effective action
