She can't...there r so many reasons of vomiting ...she is drugged...but ...why doctor said...bec she checked... Belly n pulse n all tht...May be she is bribed by sharfu

even i have a doubt.

all r saying shareef will be behind it. but why Shareef chose preg track? how does he know there is no relationship btw AkDha, the thing even HB is unaware of? how does he know this will create rift btw AkDha?
