Clues of Shiv being Cm's Son

Clue 1. Alok hesitant for to Durga Devi Hospital... wen suggested by Ira only Alok n Meenu was shwn in hesitant expression...

Clue2: Anup n Shiv only like Baigan ka bharta... dese r start will add sum mre wid tme...

But what I dont understand is why choti maa cries with a sense of loss even if shiv is her own son and not ira's.

Tinoo, may be she is crying for the child that died. It must have kindled lot of past emotions

shiv is there in front of her, even if as her nephew and not her son.

He has grown up in front of her and is still living with her.

even if there was a baby switch, why would she not be over it by now?

I think these small things do indicate that Shiv maybe Anup and Chotima's son but that means in the end Shiv is a Shekhar but wouldn't it be odd after knowing the truth whom to call what and how does Vikram fit in this story i still don't get? it maybe only Alok and Chotima knows about Shiv being adopted from some stranger so they were uncomfortable and this closeness and similarity b/w Anup and Shiv must be there to just confuse the viewers or maybe Anup had some affair with another woman who gave birth to twins and Chotima came to know about all this and decided to give one of the twins to Ira when she lost her child...Gosh it's very confusing...either CVs have forgotten that someone in BV mentioned that Shiv was born before Chotima's marriage or they have no plans to bring back Vikram 😕

I don't think shiv is a proper shekkar or choti maa son but daddu is definately hiding something he's avoiding going to the hospital saying he hates hospital yet he attended jagya's hospital and was even there when sanchi was taken in, so why the sudden fear of hospitals? Also alok is not attending he may know something too.

I feel meenu daddu and alok knw the truth about shiv thats why daddu and alok hesitant to attend tthe hospital.
But from the clues shiv is cm's son only for sure.
