**PART 30**

Nai nai...i will have to do something...
she quickly got ready and rushed to disc as mentioned by maan...
as she entered the sight that welcomed her...shocked her to the core...
Maan was dancing with that girl...
hey babajee...inhe kya ho gaya...
ye kb se itne besharam ho gae!!!
he must be drunk thats why he s dancing...
see he s even smiling looking at her!!!
no...it must be that girl...
she must have made him drink!!!
what should i do now!!! she wondered

GEET WENT AHEAD AND TOOK A CORNER SEAT AND HID HER
FACE WITH THE MENU CARD...
MAAN WAS FACING HIS BACK TOWARDS HER WHILE MADHU COULD EASILY
SEE HER PEEPING THROUGH THE CARD AGAIN AND AGAIN...
SHE CHUCKLED DOING HER SO...
MAAN ASKED HER THE REASON FOR LAUGHING BUT SHE SHOOK HER HEAD...

they danced for another 5 minutes in order to see if Geet does anything but she didn't...
so leaving with no other option they returned to their seats...
maan gave madhu of YOU ARE USELESS looks...
she came and whispered in his ears to wait and watch all smiling...
maan kept himself busy with his drinks...
just then he saw madhu offering him some drink...
he asked her what it was...
she just winked...
as he was about to pick it up...his hand was held up by geet's hand...
he saw her a smile automatically lit his face..
but just then he heard her saying...
Maan you can not drink this!!!
and he was like WHAT!!!

Geet was secretly keeping an eye on them...
when she saw Madhu whispering something in his ears...
god ..she was fuming like anything...
just then she saw madhu walking in her direction...
she quickly hid her face behind the card...
when she peeped out she saw madhu mixing something in the drink...
and what shocked her to core was when she saw Mashu offering that drink to maan...
BS bahut sehn kr liya!!! ab aur nai...
with all her spirits she got up from her seat and rushed towards them and held
Maan's hand beforer he could drink it!!!

Maan you can not drink this!!!
what!!! he replied...
yes maan...i saw her mixing something in this drink...
what...he was amused...just then he saw towards madhu
who had so innocent expression on her face...as she saw him looking towards him
she winked...
he shook his head...
Nai geet...you are mistaken...he acted...
ni maan...i swear i saw her mixing something...you yourself ask her...

he looked in Madhu's direction...
and asked...
Madhu is that right?? he asked sternly...'
How could you maan...how could you....she acted all dramatically...
you dont trust me even this much maan...
who so ever will come and say anything you believe them...
she spoke wiping her tears...

here Maan was feeling like banging his head seeing her overacting...
madhu saw him glaring at her as if asking her to shut up...
Maan agr hmare relation me trust hi nai hai...to iss rishte ka kya matlab...
she continued...
bs...ab mai jaa rai hoo...she spoke...
but their was no reply...
she again tried...m leaving maan....she spoke looking in his direction...
she saw him shrugging his shoulders...
her mouth felt open...
she rushed out and mentally noted to take revenge from him...
but then prayed that her plan works...

as madhu left...maan looked in Geet's direction and spoke...
geet...ye tumne acha ni kiya...if you didn't like her...
then you could have told me personally but what was the needf to create such a scene...

Ni maan...am not lying...i saw her mixing something...she tried convincing him...
bs geet...i know she didn't do anything...wait...
he picked and started drinking the drink...
ni maan...dont do this...she tried stopping him...
but he showed his hand to stop her...
he finished the entire drink in one go...
and banged the empty glass on table...
HAPPY...he asked...
he started walking ahead and geet started following him...'
maan trust me ...am not lying...
before she could say anything further she saw him holding his head...
he was about to fall when geet rushed ahead and held him...

drinks that madhu mixed was nothing...
but a normal drink...she didn't mix but just acted...
here maan knew that there was nothing in the drink...
but his devil mind asked him to take advantage of this situation...
thus he acted of stumbling and not feeling well...
he held on to Geet as she came to hold him...
and helped him to walk out...

she thought it was not the correct time to talk to him...
as he was not in his senses...she will talk to him tomorrow...
as she tried proceeding further...she felt him a tug at her wrist...
as she looked back at him holding her wrist...
he pulled her pinned to a near by car...

Maan...she was shocked...
Maan what you doing...she spoke while trying to free herself...
but her hands were tightly held by his and her body between wall and him...
geet...tumne ek bat to btai hi nai...he spoke looking in her direction...
maan chodiye mujhe...its not the right time to talk....she wriggled...
why did you come here geet??? he asked...

she stopped all of a sudden and looked at him shocked...
she didn't think about this...how will she answer him...
hun geet bolo...kyun ayi thi yahan...
Maan wo mai...i wanted to make sure that this girl was right for you or not...
geet...he chuckled...am no more a kid geet...i can take my decisions on my own...
he spoke...han maan...but i myself wanted to make sure...
thats why you came here this late night....he smiled...
geet when will you stop lying to yourself...he asked cupping her face...

Maan...she hugged him tight not knowing what to say...he smiled and held her tightly...
it felt so good to have her in his arms...
just then she realized what she was doing...she pushed him hard and tried running from there...
here Maan felt his heart raging when he felt her running again...
he held her harshly from her arms and pulled her back...
i have not completed yet geet!!! he spoke...
geet felt scared from his tone...

GEET DO YOU REMEMBER MY PROPOSAL...
hun...she looked confused!!!
he held her waist and pulled her more to him...
MAAN YOU ARE DRUNK!!! she gasped...
shh...he silenced her by keeping his finger on her lips!!!!
its one week now...he whispered...
she tried asking..so???
now ...you have to marry me!!!!!!

then she remembered his proposal where he gave her one week to decide
if she was ready to marry him to get HC back...

she tried creating some space between them...but he didn't let her ...

he rushed to outhouse...and went for a cool shower...
he came out and smiled looking at each and every pic of hers...
he lied down on bed and imagined her...his mishty to be lying besides him...
he smiled thinking that from now every morning he will see her face first...
he thought of her coming out after bathing...dressed in a beautiful saree...
wiping her wet hair...
then waking him up...
giving him his morning tea...

oh god...everything felt so good...
her tying his tie...
her making him wear his coat...
when he came down he saw her busy in the kitchen...
he slipped his hands around her waist...
her being shocked...then chiding him saying...
koi dekh lega...

setting his breakfast...and asking him to eat...he shaking his head saying no...
then she with a glare feeding him with her own hands...
his smiling whenever he kissed her hand while eating and she telling him that he might be getting
late for the office...
it felt so good...
he couldn't wait anymore for the next day!!!!
he quickly closed his eyes dreaming about his mishty and waiting for sun to rise quickly...

here geet was lost in her world...
she liked maan...but as a friend...
she never wanted to spoil his life..thats why she ran earlier...
knowing it would be best for him...
its not like she could ever stop her heart from loving someone...
but she wanted to try doing so...
the amount of pain she felt loosing two of her loved ones...
and specially her father...whom she loved like anything...
she was broken like anything...

its not like she never moved on...
she did...but that void could never be filled...
she didn't want to love someone to that extent ever...
may be because she was scared may be one day when that person will leave her...
she wont be able to that...she didn't have it in her to bear that pain again...
so it was better to avoid the cause of that pain...

and if she cared for someone after her family was Maan...
but she had also realized that by thinking of his better she gave him pain only...
how much has he changed from her leaving...
but she wanted her maan...he buddy back...
but was that even possible...
him taking her HC under him...
now forcing her to marry him...
she was all confused...

this was never the life she dreamt off...
as a kid she also wanted to a prince charming for herself...
but as a kid no one can love her more than her father did...
but now things have changed a lot...
she didn't know what to do now!!!
she couldn't even tell her mom...
she knew she would never like her to get married like this...
its not like she didnt like maan...maan was like her own son...
but which mother would like to see her daughter getting married like this...

yet Geet didn't want her mother to meet this maan...
she would be hurt ...
she didn't know what was right or wrong...
she thought of going with her life...
she closed her eyes and tried sleeping thinking of what would happen next day...
