I came across this quote this weekend and it instantly reminded me of Jodha and Jalal. They have to jump over hurdles thrown their way, whether they are conspiracies of others, inflicting intended pain to each other, or misunderstandings. They have to wait through the night to reach dawn; they have to endure the winter to experience spring.

I love this book. It's so sweet & profound all at the same time. 😳
