We don't know what happened to Gauri. What we know so far is that Soham had two wives. Ankita and Prashant's mother died. Mansi, Pranav and Sonu's mother left them. It would appear that on her deathbed, Ankitya's mother made her sister promise to marry Soham and look after her children. Who these women are and how they came into Soham's life is unclear accept that Ankita's mother helped Soham out when she found him drunk on the road.
