Where are all the re-runs?

I've already put this up on the help desk, but I need to know what's happening, and how we can catch a run. 24 initially had multiple re-runs (1AM, 1PM, and a little extended run from 5PM to 9PM on Sunday) but now, it's just a single re-run. Difficult to catch. Worse, Colors have not uploaded a single episode online. They may be doing this in case there's a home video release, but fans who want to catch it have to follow those download links, which are so slow you have to spend three hours watching a one-hour show, while fans of other shows get their feed fast.

What's happening here? What can we do to get an extra run or a feed that comes in faster? I'm thinking of sending a letter to Colors, but I feel we may have to send a letter with multiple signatures.
