Overnights: Rishtey takes lead in 20:30 slot in UK

raj@bizasialive.comRishtey is giving Star Plus some serious competition in the 20:30 slot after its Laagi Tujhse Lagan' beat the much publicised Mahabharat' in the UK for second day on the trot.
According to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia, the Rishtey drama at 20:30 pulled in 147,200 viewers - peaking at 177,300 viewers last night. Star Plus' Mahabharat' managed to attract just 121,400 viewers during the same time -peaking at 136,600 viewers.
It was generally a good night for Rishtey, Bani - Ishq Da Kalma' at 19:30 continued its record run with 144,700 viewers, while Parichay' at 20:00 got 103,500 viewers.
Star Plus' top show, which led the ratings overall in the UK on Asian television was Diya Aur Baati Hum' with 211,400 viewers, followed by SaraswatiChandra' with 204,000 viewers and Saathiya' in third with 199,200 viewers. In fourth place was Meri Bhabhi' with 179,800 viewers and Pyar Ka Dard Hai' with 134,700 viewers.
On Colors, Bigg Boss 7 was the most watched show on the channel with 127,800 viewers at 21:00, followed by Sasural Simar Ka' at 23:00 with 60,300 viewers, Balika Vadhu' repeat at 22:30 with 56,500 viewers and Uttaran' at 22:05 with 45,300 viewers.
On Star Life Ok, Savdhaan India' was on top of the ratings with 41,200 viewers, followed by The Bachelorette India' with 26,200 viewers and Geet' re-run with 25,300 viewers at 14:30.
