If 2moro's precap wasn't someone's dream, i think meethi and akash might reunite in a hospital scene. Akash will be in hospital with severe injuries and everyone will come to see him. Maybe damini seeing this might accept akash finally.

But i'm not sure what's going to happen to ekadouchi and arbarf(lol).

Yes only Meethi and Aakash reunion is left now so directors might have planned so.
