11/6: The rosy hues of love

Despite the terrible Prabha centric epi/precap yesterday, today's epi turned out to be a really nice one...guess Sonal came back from her spa day😛😆

Some scenes in particular that I want to mention:


1) Shruti's mother talking with her about Sanjay...and despite the fact that Shruti doesn't directly admit that she's in love with Sanjay, her silences say it all...some FABULOUS FABULOUS emoting from Gautami👏👏👏...that look on her face when her mother simply tells her, "Pyar karna koi gunaah nahin hai"...and then later on as she talks to her mother about the practical ramifications of marrying Sanjay...the obligation she feels towards Baa...Shruti's mother is such a lovely lovely character...just her love and affection for her daughter is shown so refreshingly...I loved one dialogue in particular...when she says to Shruti, "Sanjay kabhi Harsh ki kami puri nahin kar paayega...lekin woh Harsh ki kami mehsoos bhi nahin hone dega"...lovely line👏



2) Sanjay buying flowers for Shruti even as the flower stall guy totally swindles him but Sanjay takes it all with a big grin on his face...prompting even the flower guy to comment that he REALLY loves Shruti😆


3) Sanjay finding an excuse to go to Shruti's house...and his disappointment on not finding her there...I LOVE the way the girls are SO in love with him...the way they shriek in joy "Sanjay uncle" and are all over him the moment he shows up😆...something SO sweet about it...and Sanjay bechara trying to hide the flowers...even as the girls tease him about them😆...Manav was SO damn adorable here.


4) Sanjay's scene with Shruti's mother as she tells him she knows about him and Shruti...BEST SCENE OF THE EPI👏👏👏...Written beautifully but even more amazingly performed...especially by Manav...my crush on Sanjay majorly intensified today😆...the LOOK on Sanjay's face when Shruti's mom tells him that Shruti DOES love him...oh what a moment...it has to be watched...kya actors hain yeh log👏...the joy in his eyes...and then the way him and Shruti's mom get emotional over the course of their conversation...fantabulous scene...if I didn't already love Sanjay, I'm more in love with him after today...what a guy


5) Shruti SMILING over Sanjay getting her the flowers...lol...have to say the transition has been done well...no dragging things out over Harsh guilt or other reasons...Shruti hasn't DIRECTLY said it but it's UNDERSTOOD b/w her and her mother...and the fact that Shruti's gone back to bantering with Sanjay via text says a lot...it's understood b/w them too...now it's up to Sanjay to get her to directly admit...and now that he's armed with the knowledge that she DOES love him, he'll find some LOGIC to make her admit😆


What I didn't like much was the random song bit in the end...I'd rather have enjoyed being able to read the bantering texts b/w SS...and ending the epi on Prabha's face just left me🤢🤢


Precap: Sanjay for the ZILLIONTH time says he WON'T marry Bhaavna😆...only change being that now he's let his whole family know OPENLY that he'll only marry SHRUTI😆

I have been a silent reader for the past few weeks but could not stop myself for letting you know that Your analysis on the episodes is fantastic. The words that you select as well as the writing is so damn good that I feel that I am watching the episode while reading your analysis.

I love this show coz i have been a huge NBT fan, loved Mohan and Megha (Kunal and Aaakansha) and feel that this show is an extension to NBT.
Even the seasoned actors are doing a great job. Frankly I have never loved Manav Gohil that much as I am in this show.

Visiting this forum for the first time, and delighted to see you here, AY! 😃

I missed today's epi, but have caught the highlights thanks to you. The male lead has been growing on me for a while, and feel vindicated after reading your post. Internet is slow today so may be a while before I watch the epi. But now I know which parts to look out for.

I've also never enjoyed a role of Manav's as much as this one...Sonal has written some great material for him.

First time I have seen such a character of mom played on TV. It really is refreshing. Its so easy to create melodrama and show it on TV. To show such deep bonds whether it is mother- daughter or two friends without adding any melodrama just normally like it happens in real life so credibly is no mean feat. Sonals writing has that feel of realism and simplicity.

Shruti almost accepts that she loves Sanjay. The best part was not once she says that she is a widow with two daughters or mentioned Harsh. Her only concern is for her MIL.

Sanjay is so damn adorable.I just love him. The BG music that was playing when he was peeping through the door was nice. Sanjay fooled Ami😆 He has lovely equation with the kids.

The best part of todays epi has to be Sanjay- Kumkum convo. Sanjay was so over the moon when Kumkum tells her that Shruti loves him. What follows was so beautiful and moving. Its so difficult to describe it.The way he hugged her and told her that if Shruti is with him he can overcome anything I just fell more for him😳

Sanjay- Karan scenes just dont connect 😕 Why was Sanjay singing that song😕 The song which was played during SS texting just spoilt the entire scenes. The tempo of the song was just not matching the scenes.

WORD about Shruti's mom...actually I feel a bit emotional watching such a wonderful character onscreen...the kind of mothers that need to be shown more of on TV...the way she's bonded with every character...be it her daughter or her grand-daughters...or Sanjay...the zinda-dil attitude she has towards life...LOVELY character.

And yes the way Sanjay showed awareness of the fact that the path is going to be difficult but he will be able to handle anything as long as Shruti is by his side...loved that...he deffo made us fall more in love with him today😆

I'm amazed that they've not bogged Shruti down with the Harsh baggage...she never uses Harsh as a shield or defense mechanism to keep Sanjay away...her concerns have been different...and the way she has started to accept her feelings and actually SMILE about them is quite refreshing to watch.
