What was the point of bringing up meenu's past that she was pregnant with a baby girl but the baby didn't survive, where is it leading to?

90% seems like that girl is Ganga then Mahi becoming Ganga's brother and Sanchi and Ganga becoming sisters👎🏼

she was lost and someone adopted her and took her to London.

I think the baby did survive but was stolen from the hospital days after she was born.

Then Meenu was told that the baby died ... because nobody had the guts to say that she was stolen.

This same thing happened with ichchas baby in uttaran

and recently with sujata bahu's baby girl jhanvi in sasural simar ka.

This is a standard storyline in the colors network happily borrowed by anyone when required 😆😆

Then at a certain strategic point the revelation comes that the baby did not die but was alive all along.
