Will Uttaran finally go off air? TOI Article

If sources are to be believed then Filmfarm Production's long running fiction drama, Uttaran, is on verge of shutting down.

Yes, you read it correct! The show which ruled millions of hearts with its engaging storyline and talented cast will soon bid adieu to its audiences and the channel soon.

"The channel is just contemplating on the final closure date of the show and if everything falls in proper place then the show will go off air before Bigg Boss season 7ends," said a source.

Reason? The makers have reached a saturation point where they see no progressive storyline coming in for the show. Hence, they are planning a happy and reasonable ending.

When contacted,Rashmi Desaisaid," I have no clue about the show going off air. I can just say that its just another rumour."

just because a show doesnt get huge trps... Doesnt mean it sucks...
Uttaran is the crappiest show bt it Gave Entire India two memorable characters ICHCHA TAPASYA..
One must not forget uttaran gave trps of 8.2 which even the no. 1 show now couldnt achieve..
UTTARAN ROCKS bcz it has had such a talented cast like Rashami Tina Sreejita Nandish Gaurav Rohit Ajay...

^ Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki had 24 trp... 🤣 i read on an article.. Trp system had changed and viewership changes daily.. that doesnt mean the show should stay on air forever... i would like if indian producers bring the concept of 1 year or 6 months period show.. as shows have the original concept and story on that period.. or like Season like american tv series... this gets too much annoying to see a show stay on air forever..
