I eat a healthy breakfast

1. I feel that a good diet alone is not enough to stay healthy and fit. I am regular at the gym. I go to the gym five days a week. I am not into weight training at all. I run on the treadmill thrice a week. On the other two days, I workout on the exercise bike. I also go for swimming twice a week.
2. I am very particular about whatever I eat. I take three meals in a day as compared to many, who take five or six meals. Breakfast is my heaviest meal and includes fruits, almonds, egg-whites and milk. My lunch is moderately heavy, whereas the dinner is light. I go easy on carbs in the night. I ensure that I do not eat anything after 8pm.
