I have seen all the Twilight movies...I have seen Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani...I have also seen The Vampire Diaries...let me tell this,...I had heard about the first two Twilight films and their worldwide Box Office success...but not seen them then...I saw our own...own dear PKYEK on Star One...liked it from the first episode itself...as it was a new and unique show on Indian Television...then out of curiosity, I started watching the Twilight movies...found it nice...I mean OK...Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were really good as Edward and Bella...but in PKYEK, Vivian and Sukirti were amazing...they were simply AWESOME as Abhay and Piya or should I say ABHIYA...simply Mindblowing...Immortal Jodi for Indian Television...what a wonderful chemistry...also the story,the characters were more relatable as an Indian Viewer...and after PKYEK ended...I have been able to see The Vampire Diaries...several episodes of Season 3 and Season 4...really like the show...very exciting...really thrilling...edge of the seat at times...nice plots and sub plots...and the three main characters of Elena,Damon and Stefan are amazing...the three actors playing the roles are awesome...now after seeing all these 3 supernatural/Vampire based stories-a Hollywood film, a US based TV show and an Indian TV show...my ratings are-at No.3 it is The Twilight series, at No.2 it is The Vampire Diaries...and at No.1 it is Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani...you can call me biased...call me patriotic/desi at heart...anything...but for me PKYEK is the best among these 3 shows of the same genre...because of ABHIYA...because of the story...the facts and incidents that were more relatable as an Indian viewer...because PHIR BHI DIL HAIN HINDUSTANI...PKYEK is the BEST...loved it ...love it and will always love it in my heart and memories.
