thats what bother me .if they want to prove this nikah invalid then why divorce paper .before 3months zoyaan marriage doeenot disolve.

How are thy gonna divorce when their marriage isn't even register ? 😆😆 So the only option is to prove nikaah invalid😆

More than Zoya beliefs I want the society to know about the mishap called Zoyaan. There should be some point of that track right ...I am hoping they will give a social message that marriages should not be forced and not definitely for reasons of so called prestige in the society ( Gafur) or duress of the so called relatives ( Haseena) or undue egos of religious leaders(maulvi).

Personally, I feel turned off if a invalid Nikah is not proved invalid and end up as a divorce. It would be more dramatic and heroic if someone finds out the fact that nikah is invalid and the drama that unfolds by making all involved parties guilty and embarassed for letting it go out of hand and some kind of apology by the main culprits to redeem the main characters from this infamous track.

Yes, they did sign divorce paper but what sense it makes if the Nikah itself is not valid as the Nikah paper have wrong last name of Zoya and Zoya signed the papers with right last name ...there are lot of loopholes and this need to come before the society and they all should accept this as a mishap not just main characters is my point :)
