The actor's migrane problem has gotten worse over the last few months due to the hectic shoot schedule. Says Ruslaan, "I can't take medication all the time but I've realised eating food at regular intervals helps to some extent." Due to the long shooting hours, there is not much time for working out, so Ruslaan also has to watch what he is eating. These occupational hazards, we tell you.

y doesnt he go nd c a dr? Am sure thr is tat much tym btw a shoot..
Nd I dnt understand hw z the shoot schedule so hectic wen they show the serial only 4 days a week nd tat 2 4 only 30 mins wid so long breaks in btw?just so curious
