dusri yes chem is totally off...but i agree with manali they lukd gud but thatz because sangeeta and ruslaan r actually gud luking...so obviously they can never luk bad...

if u guys want my opinion...then i hv just one line to say...its a totally unromantic confession in a sweet and romantic love story...

and wat seemed odd to me is that sanchi confessed just because she cud hardly do anything else the way she was cornered...but then the hug which really was more DV pulling her forcibly...and sanchi repeating ILU with emotion...seemed detached...the first ILU clearly had no feeling and in the second one she tried to gv some feeling...i dunno wat to make of it...

waise to most of the times wkend ka promo is always changed in the real scene...so i am hoping this time too it will be changed...aur jo bhi ho it shud not luk forced and sanchi's confession shud seem real...

and also the expressions of both of them were not gud at all...i am hoping their perf will be better in the actual scene...

@bold: You've pointed exactly what I found weird about the promo too, Aditi...I'm not saying DV-Saachi don't LOOK good...they are good looking ppl...they usually look good...I'm saying the chemistry of the characters looks weird and forced in this promo...and I was finding it odd why the whole forum is raving over "hotness" cuz mujhe toh yeh promo AWKWARD lagaa😆...forced and rushed...Saachi seems detached as you said...and DV is like PULLING her weirdly into the hug😆

This seemed like such an OFFHAND confession...jaise TIMEPASS kar rahe hon...it belies all the sweet romance in their relationship otherwise...so anyways let's see how the actual scene turns out

Hi Anu & Aditi,

I have been reading up your comments and thought will post my two cents here!

Firstly Anu I quite enjoy your posts-they are very well written & brought an IF recluse like me back!:)
Ofcourse the show itself gets quite a bit credit:)

So coming to the promo-I will confess I am one of those ppl who drooled-but I will also agree it seems rushed & kinda outa place. But I am thinking going by the writers' & director's past record, they will not make anything between them awkward & forced(yeah they might rush the love story per se-but that's a different issue!:) Also since it doesn't air till Thursday-maybe there will/should be enough instances where Saanchi almost confesses?! because I agree her saying ' I love you' in this manner is clearly blackmail-even though these words don't mean much coz she is love & maybe knows it herself & is yet in denial.

Another reason why am defending this whole situation is-these actors excel in intense scenes-& I don't want the talent to be wasted coz of a misplaced, forced awkward track!

I don't know if I made any sense-lol
Thank you again Anu for these posts-lovely!:)

hmm...So just saw the promo but it seems outta place for me too. There are no feelings nor passion added to this scene. It would be nice if "ILU" scene is executed in a more intimate atmosphere. After all, it's Saachi confessing; so a little more depth is needed without a doubt and not because she is simply faced with an ultimatum..
But, I agree with Anu on above comment that the scene was perhaps rushly done to entice us for next week. I don't think they would have the scenes completed a week ahead or would they? 😕
Unless Sangeeta decided to take a few days off for diwali to make besan ka halwa for her real hubby.

guys...i was thinking over...i dont think we shud keeping any high hopes on sanchi confession scene...we hv to remember its diwali time so maybe the actors hv taken leave...if that is so then it is highly possible the promo scene will remain or with a few alterations with basic premise remaining same...

really sad...that even DV confession came out of the blue...sanchi was totally distressed after losing the case...and DV in the midst of consoling her blurted out that he loves her...upar se camera rolling was making my head reel...that scene hardly had any impact on me...
and now i dont want to keep hopes on sanchi's confession...its really strange this show has otherwise beautiful romance...but with actual confessions they mess up...

Promo's editing was very bad. Definitely many things will happen before the actual scene and after uniting every sequence the moment will not appear so much awkward I guess. They have shown that particular moment very suddenly so it's looking rushed. And actors can take break that's not a problem, but that doesn't mean the makers have to put forced scenes to cover up the schedule. I have never heard that rushed scenes take less time to shoot than slow, subtle scenes. If the actual scene appears that rushed then definitely the creative team will be at fault, its actual them who were in hurry I guess, not the actors.

i am not saying rushed scenes take less time to shoot...i only said if they r taking breaks then maybe like they wont get time to shoot the confession scene and it wont do gud to use BD in this scene...
this is just my guess...if confession scenes comes on thurs then they will hv mon-wed after diwali...so maybe we will get proper confession from sanchi...but still i will keep my expectations low to save myself from disappointment...if for no other reason then my apprehension is because DV's confession scene was totally a failure...

@bold: LOL so true...I've watched so many shows for many years and that's a standard pattern...the truly great ones never get good ratings or never last long...if they last, they become unbearably butchered.

I think of the two fates, I prefer the ones that end on time with dignity...only ONE show I can think of that managed that feat...Gulaal😆...Rishta.com is another great example but it deserved a second season.

u both r not alone 😆 ..me too felt same
in the past i was suffering to this heartache so many times 😭
but still yet i don't have any solution
i can't see saas-bahu drama... so what to do😕 when a different show arrives i can't resist my self to watch.. this time i know that a good show can be worse within 4-5 months .. so now i want to enjoy these good phase as long i can 😆

You are right AreYaar. There has to be a stronger story line to make JLZ top of the charts.
They need to concentrate on the brainy side of lawyer DV, his family and why he is reluctant to tell his family name? How open minded and positive his family is instead of falling back on the saas-bahu bickerings as shown by Prachi case.
building up Adu as the growing -up boy who has to make choices, convincing Sachi to allow him to go paragliding, sharing more man-to-man time with DV.

These are a few ideas I firmly feel CVs need to look into. Then the tRPs will automatically go up.
