Rithvik Dhanjani & Asha Negi injured..TOI

There's some sad news for the fans of Rithvik Dhanjani aka Arjun and Asha Negi aka Purvi ofPavitra Rishta as the good-looking couple have injured themselves while rehearsing for dance reality show, Nach Baliye .

Sources inform that the couple has met with an unfortunate accident while rehearsing on the sets of Nach Baliye yesterday (31 October 2013). Rithvik has got 5 stitches while Asha has suffered 12. Though Rithvik will resume work soon, Asha has been advised rest for atleast a week. We also hear that due to their injury the shoot of their daily soap Pavitra Rishta has beendisturbed and this has left the team of the show high and dry. Asha, who is a dedicated actor, has left no stone left unturned in managing the shoot of both her shows (Pavitra Rishta and Nach Baliye). Post, her injury the actress was suffering from sore eyes but she continued to shoot forPavitra.. in that condition.

The actor also tweeted about the same, "Adventurous nd a little painful strt to the journey jus returned home frm the hospital with a few stitches 12 for @AshaNegi7 nd 5 fr myself."

When contacted, Rithvik and Asha remained unavailable for comments.

not only did they finish deir performance but also managing 2 shows at a tym...esp. Ashu shooting n rehersing wd an infected eye...awww poor gal...

Ashu does need some days of rest...12 stiches is not a joke ...

n RD dear 5 stiches is also not smething to be ignored...so pleaseee 2 din ke liye hi sahi rest le lo rockstarrr...

Asha and Rithvik are dedicated actors and have been managing both their shows sincerely but I really hope they get time to to recuperate cause getting so many stitches is very painful. Their health comes first.

I hope Ashu takes rest for atleast a week and RD too resumes work only after his birthday.

Asha had the eye infection before the dancing accident, didnt she?

Both Asha and RD have to take time off from shoot and recover completely from their injuries!

Surely PR CVs can show the other characters in the meantime!

As Peach said, this is the right time to utilize the cattle market they have there.

Im sure our super duo will be back on their feet in no time but they do need their recovery time!
