Ritu jo Raj ko injection dene wali thi uska Raj ne pehle se hi antidote le liya tha taki vo trigger ke bare main nahi bata sake.

Guys par antidote toh puri tarah kaam karta hai aisa toh kabhi nahi hota ki sirf 1 main Q ka A nahi de sakte baki sab Q ka A de sakte hai.

i think raj may be feeling so much guilty from past only but he never expressed that.but when he became somewat unconscious he might have felt bad and when ritu mentioned abt naveen he might have remembered his past once again and the secret which he was hiding from so many years just cameout.
may be he did it bcoz of pressure from higher authorities or according to naveens wish,but naveen is his fren and he will never forget that incident in his life and naina will forgive him or not its another issue.but by seeing rajs expressions it was clearly vissible that how much he feels bad and he will never forgive himself.

i think coz raj knew dat ritu wud ask abt da triggers so he was somewat prepared..but in the navin case he started getting unconscious n feeln guilty thats y he sed he killed navin...
