Seedhi Baat... No Bakwaas!!

But there's something that struck me last night... something I and Reyu, another forum-mate was discussing... and that's it today, Mr. Khan answered a question he was time and again asked, to no one in particular yet that made its mark in a splendid manner!

The question was... What would he do if some trouble was shooting at Najma and not the SM siblings... the question that Ayaan had shot to Asad, what would he do if Najma was at Nikhat's place?

Agreed the circumstances were different and situations differed but I am glad Asad maintained his faith in Najma and didn't deny the truth she deserved to know. Yes, being a doting and caring brother, he stayed by her side and protected her in all walks of life but at the same time she was groomed to be a strong woman who could face the adversities head-on. So when today, for the first time his baby sister had to face the bitter truth of her life, he chose to tell her the truth not betraying her faith in him by depriving her of her right to "protect" her. We know that Najma is privy of the truth but still it was noteworthy that Asad ensured Najma was there to witness the drama that was to unfold so that she could make her own decisions. He didn't chose to become a sacrificial lamb this time. Kudos Asad!! 👏

Zoya was back too last night... she understood Humeira's POV and once she knew what picture she was painting, there was nothing that she would stop for. Till date she was too occupied with her own confusions and beliefs not really realizing what others were reading into her conduct but once she saw... she knew it was time to quit. Zoya stayed back coz she didn't know how to sat no when people kept laying down their expectations from her. That's why learning to say, "NO" is an art in itself and one needs to learn and master it. Finally I think Asad too realized this and knows that he'll have to pull her out of the web she was creating around her... coz though she packed and Ayaan was suppose to inform the reporters to cancel their visit... its evident the guy haven't managed to do that as well 😡 What task can you actually accomplish Ayaan?? 😳

Today, i am proud of Asad and Humeira.

I still feel zoya has some learning to do - yes, taking people at face value - what does she understand about mumani, shirin and dadi and Mr. Ayaaan - i would say not much (let us leave the other men aside for a while). She just sees a house full of people and happy to stay with a big family with many relations - sorry. i do not agree with her. Only Humeira is the sensible person in the lot.

So beautifully you bought out the difference in Asad and Ayan character. Where one tries to hide the problem and protect his sis, the other gives courage to his sister to tackle problems head-on.

Only if Ayan & SM people had reacted with so much maturity, Zoyaan wouldnt have happened in the first place.

Agree with you - this was a straight talk and I'm back episode for both Asad and ZOya, both of them got their bearings back.
