Madhu, accepting the fact that she is a 'grahen' in RK's life, will leave him and go far away to live in the village where they she and RK stayed one night as she had a sweet relationship with the elderly couple.
RK will remain in coma for months. Madhu will still follow the news always to know if RK has recovered.
One day, HR will go to shoot in that village and will see Madhu crying alone. He will approach her to try to comfort her. Suddenly, he gets a call that RK has just regained consciousness (he is a good friend of RK). Madhu hears this, and starts crying even more, and relates the whole story to HR. HR will remove all the crap in her mind, and she will run to RK.
