I really appreciate Akash's character nowadays, but this appreciation only started when he came back to win Meethi's love and did so honestly. This is how I understand Aakash.
He grew up in that evil haveli with evil people in it and his mother day and night poisoned him with evil. There was no one ever good in his life to try and make him see the right so naturally he grew up with his family's version of what was right and wrong.
But once Meethi entered his life, once he had the influence of an actual good person in his life he started to compare the teachings of his family to Meethi's sanskaars and he changed. So I appreciate him because in my opinion it would require great mental strength and a good heart to be able to wash out 25 years of solid evil teachings and ideologies and it was love that changed him and taught him right from wrong.
Even now, we may consider his methods wrong but his intentions are noble and he wants everyone's happiness. He knows neither Meethi nor Vishnu is happy in their relation and wants that the truth be revealed. I am confident that had Meethi told him she genuinely wanted to move forward in her life with another man and does not love him, had she done this marriage from her own personal will rather than break their marriage for someone's health he would never have bothered to come and try to win her back.
Aakash has been wrong in his past but if we can understand the reason and if he has repented and has now changed for good why should he not be forgiven?
I want Aakash to marry Mukta. He loves Meethi but I think Meethi has now made her intentions clear. Her primary concern is Anni and the fact that it didn't effect her even a BIT seeing Aakash with Mukta tells me she probably no longer loves Aakash.
