Well, we can't say anything until we know the real story. Since there are a few PR article trying to Make case for Gauhar, lets be rational in the show perspective. Lets find out the relation of Andy, Undy and Gauhar.
Gauhar walked on the ramp with a malfunction while her entire backyard was open and even didn't try to cover up...so is that a big deal for her.?
Some Undy Events of BB7:
1) The other day, in the toilet area, Prattz told Andy to pick up her undies and put on the drying rack as it fell down on the ground...
2) Another day, Andy was doing a thread bear inspection of Asif's swim costume infront of the entire house and all were having fun.
3) Asif was smelt a used Undy upon Gauhar's permission in a task.
So in the show perspective and the environment there in, picking up a Undy shouldn't be any problem. Captain Gauhar allowed Andy to make Asif smell a used Undy, in the name of torture during a task, now what's her problem when it comes to her? What's disrespect here that wasn't for Asif?
It could be just that nonsense guy Kushal couldn't resist being physical and started preemptive wrestling. ... If Andy would be doing exess, I'm sure he would be penalized, not Kushal...
