Tanisha herself acknowledged this, when she was telling Naagman that who was the chicken and who was the dal, and what Gahaurs reaction was when Andy was yelling at her to discuss the vote.

Ps. Was super uncool for Naagman and his Naagini, to keep shut regarding the fact that they were gossiping about nominations. They both behaved so innocently sitting on the sofa. 🤪

BB asked Kushal to take names for nomination, knowing that Kushal had no clue that Armaan and Tanisha were also discussing nominations outside. Do you think if he was aware that they were discussing the same thing, he wouldn't have included their names? Come on!

If BB wanted to be fair, he should have shown a clip of both sides discussing nominations. THAT would have been fair, and open for nominations.

Not having two angelic people sitting on couch, pretending they weren't doing any of the things that were the reason for nominations.

WHY: Because BB knew that Kushal was unaware that both Armaan and Tanisha were plotting and planning outside in garden area. BB knew, that by making Kushal decide, it would automatically exclude Armaan & Tanisha. (Since Kushal would assume that BB is talking about the people discussing Dal & Chicken in the bedroom.) And those two pretended to be innocent of the whole issue. 👎🏼
